It's relatively easy to use, not very complicated. And this app also has many functions, which help us make diverse analyses.

Very Nice app for UX!

I am very pleased with the app. It enables me to see the customer interactions and see the potential resistance points. The UI is very clean and intuitive, it has everything I need. Recommended!

We've been using it literally for about 7-8 hours, if not less. It's the best-made software we've encountered—we've tried at least 3-4 others. For now, we don't need the higher-tier subscriptions, but even the free version plus the trial they offer provides absolutely everything you need. We're extremely impressed; it's the best software on the Shopify App Store. Highly recommended!

support is not replying i paid for a membership and it says not activated so i can't see sessions and support never replies GUYS DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP , they will mess up your shop and enter your data, and you will have thousands of bots from china in your store

Heat maps doesn't work, elements don't show up. Wrote for support 2 weeks ago, no response after trying to get in contact again.
