L'outil est véritablement performant et facile à utiliser. Un gros point bonus pour le suivi et l'accompagnement personnalisé de l'équipe derrière l'application. This is such an easy to use app, very user-friendly, great UX and one can tell the people behind it have thought through the user's experience and the value the app brings to a ecommerce shop. The support is incredible and is super helpful along the way as well to provide tips and tricks how to apply the features of the app. I can't recommend this app and the people behind it enough! This app is fantastic. Very easy to use and extremely clear. But the best part is the customer service. They are always quick to reach, and genuinely there to help. Every week, they check in to see if we’re going live so they can support us if needed. The owner even came all the way from France to watch us during a Live Shopping session.
