This app is extremely easy to use, the free version allows you to easily test and start your shopping events and customer experiences. After one test we hosted a trial shopping event and took a large sum of revenue in 20 minutes. The live stream was then linked to our homepage and shoppers continued for 3 hours after the event.. We have been using the tool for one month now and connected in with the Channelize team, who were so excited at the success of our first couple of events, we are delighted with the level of service and connection with the founding team was just an incredible touch! I will be recommending this app to all my pals with product type business’s and we’ll be investing in more features and opening this as a sales channel for 2022. This is the future of selling! Great app to realize LIVE SHOPPING SHOWS, easy to use and easy to set up. I use it from May 2020 and the team improved a lot the app: the biggest improvement is SIMULCASTING. This feature permits to broadcast the show in FB, YOUTUBE and other platform. Last but much important is customer service: team is kind and professional, solves issues very quickly. Thanks a lot

For the price, you really can't do better than Channlize! They have excellent customer support, and the platform is really easy to use as a host. Our customers noted that the mobile integration could use some fine tuning, but overall I would definitely recommend to businesses dipping their toe in live sales!
Lots of promises were made but I found this to be very limited, no landscape mode, and the live stream video content is locked behind a complicated pay-wall (there is no simple method to download your own content). I found we are better off using an existing platform like Facebook or Instagram or using an RTMP service and skip this app altogether. The concept of the app is great but the execution leaves a lot to be desired.
The app works well, it's quite simple to use, at a very competitive cost compared to the others. Some things could be improved, like the product management during the event, but the customer support is excellent: they've heard our feedback and request, providing solutions to some little issues: they are always available. In the end, we recommend this app!
My store conversion rate increased from 2.02% to 3.1% after I started shopping shows using Channelize.io app. Customers can add products to the cart during the live show or while watching the recording helps increase sales. I highly recommend this app. Beautiful UI is another plus point. Customer service is very prompt and they even consider new feature development based on customer recommendation.
Streaming quality limit of 720p looked really bad and made our products look fuzzy and muddy. After upgrading to the $99 standard version, we we're not happy to see a channelize watermark on our live shows.
We love our experience with Channelize.io! The shopping experience on the admin side is easy to navigate and utilize. Our customers love how easy it is to shop on desktop and mobile during the live shopping event, and that you can rewatch after the event is over! We had some admin dashboard views that were showing our products incorrectly but their support team corrected the error quickly.
