Excellent app with excellent support. My individual products are all variables, so required some system changes from the developers. The support is excellent in all aspects and my Shopify to eBay link is working faultlessly now. Great application and first class support. We've been using it for eBay predominantly and have found everythnig to be really stable. If any issues surface then we get plenty of assistance from Customer Support includng helping us with inital set up. I would recomend this over other solutions.

We recently transitioned our business from Marketplace Connect to LitCommerce following untimely and prolonged problems with the former. From the very start, the support has been first class. The app has noticeably more capabilities, and pretty much regardless of what we have wanted to do, there has been a way to achieve it without undue work. The process of adapting our data and processes to capitalise on what LitCommerce can do for us has taken a bit of time (we have a large inventory), along with time to learn how the app works. However, I am delighted to say that within a couple of weeks of starting, we are already reaping the benefits of the time savings the app has generated for us. I would have no hesitation in recommending LitCommerce, its a very versatile app, and well worth having a long look at.

This is a good app. I would recommend this app to most of the Merchants. who are using multiple store and want synchronise their porder inventory pricing. We tried several different sync systems to connect shopify with etsy (and others soon!). Litcommerce worked the best, mainly because the customer service is stellar. The team there have been so helpful in explaining how things work, pointing out issues and generally being around to make things work smoothly. Excellent service.

It is a really good Shopify app for starter/mid businesses, very affordable plan prices and their customer service is 10+. We have few stores that we are using throughout this app and so far so good. If we face any difficulties, the support chat is very attentive and the solutions are very fast and efficient. We had some issues with the interface but they are helping us to improve our experience with it.

I am new to this app. And been having a hard time linking my unlinked listings, and Ember has been helping me until it got sorted. At first, it did not work but when I asked her again, she really did her best to make things work and was able to link all the unlinked listings. Thank you.
