Linkable: Creator marketing

I've been using Linkable for about a week now, mainly to make it easier for customers to discover and access the products I want to highlight. The setup was pretty straightforward, and I like how simple the app feels to use. I also reached out to support with a few questions and got a very quick response. Great support and a smooth experience so far.

Our experience with Linkable has been extremely disappointing. Despite the time, money and resources we invested, the app generated zero revenue for our business. We were promised a lot in terms of results and support. We spent significant working hours setting everything up and also lost money sending free product samples, but ultimately received no return whatsoever. We were repeatedly offered extensions to the trial. We specifically told them that we did not want the trial extended again, yet we were charged for the expensive subscription when the trial ended. We contacted them around a day after the charge to request a refund, but despite trying to resolve the issue, we are now struggling to get a response. For an app at this price point, we expected much better results, communication and customer support. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend avoiding this app. We ended up losing money on the subscription and free samples, as well as a considerable amount of our team's working hours, while generating £0 in revenue.

Very Disappointing and misleading expect to lose products as well as money with no support available. Creators reach out which was good but from the 9 products sent out i only got 3 reels in 3 months. Most take the product free sample and not reply as well as many creators using fake engagement statistics. The Linkable team blamed me for giving samples to creators and not receiving anything so platform is full of creators who don't producer content. A good fix will be able to report those who steal samples with nothing in return and rate creators on their work. Plus, the monthly subscription fee isn't really justified with the potential return you gain. The platform runs well and has very good potential but has terrible execution for businesses. Just a pithole to lose money & products full with unreliable creators. You will get much more return just paying for ads. *Update* The response from their team is completely dishonest as the team will shift blame. Avoid at all cost and save yourself money and time. because of this review they are threathening me with legal action hoping i take down my honest review and experience.

We've had a good experience using Linkable so far. The platform has been easy to use, and the team has been responsive and helpful whenever we've needed support. Looking forward to seeing how the product develops over time.

Love this new Shopify app! Ive been dying for a platform to launch like this to help track influencer campaign effectiveness - not only for our internal marketing metrics but so we can present the results to investors. Without Linkable, we can only provide CAC to investors based on paid ads and "CAC estimates" based on influencer marketing which I don't love doing. We actually started asking our influencer partners to sign up on linkable so that we can track their results. We offer them a higher commission when they sign up with linkable because overall, our total influencer marketing CAC is way lower now thanks to this platform. Sorry for the rant - just happy with how things have been going and love seeing new startups build something thats ACTUALLY a value tool in our tech stack. Not a useless dues and subscriptions line item.

Linkable has been a really great addition to our Shopify setup. It makes running affiliate and creator campaigns feel way less messy than it usually is. We can launch campaigns quickly, send out simple links to creators, and actually see what’s working without digging through spreadsheets or juggling different tools. It also has a great talent pool. Highly recommend!
