I recommend call service. please make it available. I talked in chat for 1 hour but didn't get any solution. when connected via google meet I got solution in only 5-10 minutes. so, helpline number is most need.

Customer support is really poor! Our KYC has been pending for last 2 months, the person in contact from Gokwik team has been responding very slowly. It takes 4-6 days to get a simple response. They reject KYC without any specified reasons, even after multiple submission of the same document in the required format. We are frustrated, unable to move ahead.

I have emailed 4-5 times now and clearly nobody from your team cares to contact back or tell us how to complete the onboarding process. I was thinking of buying the premium for Gokwik but clearly there is no point in dealing with such an unprofessional company and the laziest onboarding team I have ever dealt with. All you guys have done is submit the ticket, we will resolve it, we have shared the details with the team, and what not. This is the worst experience. First learn how to handle the customer and then run a business. DONT RECOMMEND THE APP AT ALL. WORST APP.

This is brilliant solution for all cod problems. Highly recommending it. customer support is very good. especially Niharika from support team has helped in solving the problem quickly.
