Powerful Tool They have monthly product townhall meetings, where they do a great job of explaining new features and how to use them. Klevu gives us an extremely efficient search feature. It would be great if it were more affordable.
We're really enjoying the capabilities of Klevu Search for our shop. It's easy to integrate and an elegant solution. We also want to mention how wonderful working with their support team has been. With any question big or small, they've been extremely responsive and helpful. We highly recommend!
We had implemented Klevu few years ago and we saw very good uplift on search conversion rate and got very good feedbacks from the customers how smooth our search bar is and also how easy they can find the products on the site! it made our customers experience way better than before! Thanks to team who made it!
Wonderful AI and Great Support The support team is wonderful at Klevu. We were able to customize our entire search and merchandizing options for our specific business cases. I really do not have a lot to dislike. I believe they are a bit more expensive than other providers but they are well worth the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Klevu helped us to resolve user based products information and also helped us to personalize search banners based on user type.
Really happy with Klevu since switching from Instant Search+. Easy to use and quick search for customers and internally. We've been able to customise this so much to bring the search element up to align with the aesthetics of the rest of our site plus being able to integrate blog content into the search results which was a key part of our strategy. Product promotions and personalised search recommendations are particularly good features. Would recommend!
Excellent customer service and support from Klevu! Had questions about their app and setup and they reached out to me right away to get this taken care of. Much better than the standard Shopify search.
Klevu has been our trusted solution for Search and Collection display for over 4 years. The technology and the support team behind the app are second to none. If you have an issue or query they respond within minutes and ensure your concern is resolved. The product itself has evolved and gotten better over time and its clear the team is investing in the future with many of the AI enhancements that have been released and are in development. Highly recommended for even the most complex store setups, Klevu will quickly become a core part of your ecommerce tech stack.
Ben and the team at Klevu have been great to work with. From the customizations in the beginning to the follow-up, teaching, and quick fixes when we encounter glitches on our 60,000 product store. We saw an immediate and sustained conversion rate when switching to Klevu and are happy that we did.
This has been by far the easiest integration we have done with Shopify! The results and functionalities keep getting better as time goes on. We've used Klevu for a little over a year now and their team is super responsive with any issues and really takes into consideration any feedback. Our search is optimized and more relevant to our consumers, so I would definitely recommend this app.
This has been an invaluable asset for us since we launched our store at Shopify. Their willing attitude and their professionalism have been key to bring comfort and ease to our customers while they perform a search into our store. Always providing a very useful set of recommendations to our end users, that mostly rely on identifying best sellers and top matches that are more accurate semantically speaking, rather than simply presenting our stock items ordered alphabetically or by our newest additions. Thank you very much for your help and guidance throughout this path, it has been amazing.
Super robust search capabilities. This has made it so much easier for customers to find exactly what they are looking for. The AI search boosting is awesome and only makes the search better as it goes on. Also it was super easy to install. We are very happy we switched from Searchanise "Smart Search & Instant Search", which had broken a couple times and provided bad experience for customers
This app works great and has helped increase our conversion rates. We are really happy with the category navigation!
Fully customizable options are amazing on this app. We would not be where we are with our search results if it were not for the responsiveness of the Klevu team. Highly recommending this app for anyone who is needing a customizable search option for their site.
