This app is a must have! We've already recovered numerous abandoned carts. Sign-ups have increased. Email flows to our growing subscriber list have increased our sales. It's great!

I have been using Klaviyo for a few years now, and using their Review app as well. About 3 months ago we found out that Klaviyo was inserting an extra script on our website causing it to be slower. For 3 months they didn't solve the issue, claimed we had hardcoded on our site and some other claims that had nothing to do with the issue. After pressuring the team to investigate this, it turned out their own Review app was causing the issue. Even when it is their own error they expect us to fix it and spend time on fixing it. We sent them an email nearly a week ago requesting them to fix the issue, no reply. Follow up email no reply! Third email, no reply. Never thought I would be giving Klaviyo such a bad review but it really shows the "respect" they have for their customers! Unbelivable disrespect to paying customers! But here you go Klaviyo, your behavior towards your customers is absolute shit! Could not be unhappier as a customer for several years! Please spare me with your standardized bullshit reply! You had days to get back to us, so a reply of a member will reach out to you is worthless!

Since we fired our agency due to underperformance and started using Klaviyo as designed we are seeing fabulous results and an uptick in revenue! I recommend that any e commerce vendor give it try and use with the assistance of a committed professional. INSIST ON USING KLAVIYO! YOU WILL SEE 30+% increase in sales if you use it as recommended!
