Kixxl: Gang Sheet Builder

Updated review after 60 days of use. The Kixxl team continues to implement great updates and new features. They now have a separate File Uploader, Rolling Gang Sheets in the gang sheet maker, and other back end stuff such as the ability to download all files from a single order into one zip file with one click. No more having to download multiple files just to fill an order. I hear other cool features are coming in the next few weeks. Kixxl adds some important updates from other gang sheet builders for your DTF business. Heavily using AI technology to improve on background removal (giving 3 options), rolling canvas gang sheets, auto nesting, etc. There are some other cool features like the color removal and color substitution tool, the ability to turn on and off cropping excess transparent area, the ability to add file info on top OR bottom of your print sheet, and many other small details. This one was built by printers, for printers. I am not affiliated with Kixxl, but I was on the Beta testing group and they quickly incorporated several of ,my suggestions. I had several of my clients test it as well, and all found it easy to understand and use. It does have a mobile UI and works best on IOS. It does work on Android but may not show all the features, depending on which version of Android you use. Also to note, the color picker works best using Google Chrome.

Excellent features and support Rolling gang Intelligent ai nesting even auto rotates, best I’ve tried Support is quick to reply and assist with any issues

Awesome gang sheet builder! Alot of cool features and they are working daily to add more. They do a really good job at helping you and listen to the needs of the customers! Someone is always available to help!

I was just taking orders by having art sent in by WeTransfer. Since starting using Kixxl, my customers have given incredible feedback how much they prefer it. The rolling canvas with auto nesting saves them so much time and encourages them to keep coming back. They really appreciate that it operates like their familiar desktop software with shortcuts etc.

This app is hands down the best gangsheet builder on the market and the customer service is top notch.

Game changer! Absolutely love what this app has done for my business. My favorite aspect is the singles builder, the speed that the app builds the gangs sheets is amazing and it easily frees up 40-60 labor hours a week. I was nervous about the initial setup and how hard it would be to map all of our products but It is so incredibly easy and fast and the in app chat feature with support is top notch. Kixxl quickly pays for itself and we no longer worry about throwing an extra sale or promotion because of the time we save. A must have tool!

I’ve been using this gang sheet software for a while now, and it has completely streamlined my DTF printing process!

We have tried many apps and builders for our transfer business. Kixxl was by far the best for what we wanted. The support is excellent

Not only does this app make it easier for my customers to make and edit their gangsheets but the team involved with developing it care about their customers and regularly update based on our feedback. Great functionality and ease of use easily gets this app a 5 star rating.

The customer support is AMAZING!!!! My customers love the builder and say it is easy to use. Getting my artwork to print is as easy as click on a button. You can pick different formats to get you downloads. Customers have multiple options for the type of artwork they can upload. I can't say enough great things about this company. They do exactly what they say!! I would give it 10 Stars if I could. AMAZING!

This is the best DTF application in the market right now! Customer service is awesome! They are very interested in your questions and trying their best to help you. I am very happy that I found this app. Update – June 2026: After using this app for over a year, I wanted to share an update to my original review. Unfortunately, during the last few months, I started experiencing frequent rendering errors that began affecting my workflow and causing delays in my projects. Despite my positive experience in the beginning and the efforts of the support team, these ongoing issues became difficult to manage. Because of this, I was sadly forced to switch to another builder. I genuinely hope these problems are resolved in the future, as I would love to see the app return to the level of reliability it once had.

Kixxl is the most amazing App we have ever used. It makes my job so much easier when creating Gang Sheets. Customer Love how easy it is to use. Customer Service is way beyond helpful. James is that most helpful person i know. He is there for me whenever i have questions. 10 out of 10 service. I can't thank the team at Kixxl enough.

Absolutely love having this added to my website. This has cute my setup time in half if not more. I was spending 5-6 hours a day sorting emails and Canva sheets then setting up prints for each customer. Now they do all the work in their side and know they are getting exactly what they need. I just download and print. This has seriously freed up so much time that I can use to focus on my own production and quality control.

It provides our customers with a fast, easy-to-use, and reliable ordering experience. From seamless design uploads to accurate previews, Kixxl helps ensure every order is smooth and error-free. In addition, our customer service team responds quickly and delivers immediate solutions whenever a question or issue arises, making the entire process stress-free for our clients. Update 2026: After using the platform for nearly a year, I felt it was important to update my original review. Unfortunately, in recent months I started experiencing recurring issues with order uploads, which significantly affected my business operations. Initially, support suggested that the problems were on my side, but later acknowledged that the issues were actually related to their own servers and infrastructure. While the support team remained responsive, I often found myself repeatedly contacting support and waiting for updates before being able to continue processing orders. These delays impacted my ability to serve customers on time, and unfortunately I lost several clients as a result of missed deadlines. My experience during the first months was positive, which makes this situation especially disappointing. I sincerely hope the platform can improve its stability and server reliability in the future, as it has strong potential when everything is working properly.

Absolutely topnotch support and very responsive to help requests. They actually helped me well after normal business hours and when ,most normal people would be sleeping.. They went far beyond what would/should be reasonably be expected… I am just starting with the product right now but I love how feature rich it is and I am excited for giving my customers the ability to do have the features. A win win as it takes a huge burden off my plate and -it’s control in my customers… I was really on the fence over a couple different options and feel I made the right choice with kixxl!11

So far the app has been great. Super easy workflow and the customer service is amazing. Asked a few questions and answered very quick on the live chat. Highly recommended.

After using every major gang sheet builder out there, I can say with absolute confidence that Kixxl is the best option on the market. The platform is fast, reliable, and packed with features that keep improving thanks to constant updates. What really sets it apart is the support team. James has been available every time I’ve had a question, and the entire staff makes communication easy and professional. They listen to feedback and actually implement changes that make the app even better. I’ve already switched all of my sites over to Kixxl because nothing else compares.

Kixxl delivers a seamless user experience with well-designed features and excellent performance. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into making the app both powerful and easy to use.
