App is great but support is even better, had 3 different issues i needed fixed and Dovydas fixed them himself and 10 minutes later i was up and running again, he's awesome.

Great App. Moved from Seal, after being very unhappy. Seamlessly integrates with their Quantity Break & Bundle App, which is a big bonus for us, since it allows us to increase both single order AOV as well as CLTV through subscriptions. And their support is also fast and reliable. Ieva helped me with the migration of 500 subscriptions into Kaching :)

10/10 customer support. Originally left a 4 star review because of the need to code bullet point benefits into the subscription widget. Changed to 5 stars because they implemented the feature and it's seamless. Great app and the best support team out of any app I've had after 5 years on Shopify.

We got a small problem in the configuration of our subscription. And Elis did a great job assisting us and making sure everything's set up properly. Will check and see if the current set up prevents the same issue on our next orders.

Domantas, Ieva, and Erikas was incredible. Swift responses, clear explanations (including step by step visuals), great attitude. Never dissapointed! Definetly recommend reaching out when in need.
