Joy Subscriptions App

Avery was great on getting our special membership setup! We are excited to use this new app.

Subscriptions are really easy to manage in the app. I had a question and spoke with Kipuka from the support team, she was super friendly and helpful!

The app is great and has been pretty seamless! They're able to easily customize things, and their custom service is wonderful! They're so helpful and quick - Ansera did an incredible job at helping me modify a ton of things! I've tried a few apps and I'd recommend them for subscriptions!

First of all, the settings were very easy. Japanese was available as a setting language, so I was able to change it with just one button. Hana also helped me translate the widget content/language through chat, and I was able to get it translated right away! I'd like to continue using this app because I've found that support is available immediately!

Die Einrichtung der App ist wirklich einfach & intuitiv. Bei der Übersetzung des Widgets und der Konfiguration hat mir Abby geholfen & der Support war wirklich großartig. Über die App in Aktion mit aktiven Abbonements kann ich noch nichts sagen.

Audrey was absolutely amazing and patient with me today, the service didn't have one function I was looking for but the rest of it was so smooth and Audrey was so good I decided to stick with it! :)

I just started using this app and it seems like it will do exactly what I need. Setup was quick, customer service was great. But if I could make two suggestions: First it would be great to have a feature where you could make the subscriptions in draft mode so you can prep things in advance and release all at once. Second, to be able to do more than one product at a time would also make things a lot faster. However this is where customer service is great, they can take the one I did and copy it to all my other products. I just would like the option of getting it done on my own. Very helpful, looking forward to putting this app to use in my business. Thank You!
