It is a very useful platform for WhatsApp communication. Automation works well and good support as well.

Worst service and the support staff doesn't know how to resolve the issues. They just keep on telling you to wait but nothing will happen. I thought this would be different but the experience is pathetic. I won't pay a bit for this i am telling you in advance. Kindly get this resolved or i would have to see other options. Its been a month now and still the issues are not resolved.

Connects the Shopify collection easily with the platform. The only issue is regarding the product variant, hope Whatsapp makes appropriate changes. Catalog feature is useful and the app is much recommended.

There is no need now for someone to pickup calls and answer for delivery & return related issues. The chatbot works like a dream & the support from the Interakt Team is just too good. I just wish that that variant shopping options come soon on WhatsApp
