I havent officially started using the app yet but I must just give a big shout out to Chris from the Support Team how has helped me build it behind the scenes. I found it a little tricky adding the custom codes to theme etc so thank you Chris for actually going above and beyond to help. Cheers

Exceptional app and support team. All ABs performed greatly so far and whenever we needed assistance from Support, they replied us within 12h via email.

I ran A/B, Multi-variant testing for very large companies for years and have used many tools. Intelligems features and ease of use is only outdone by their INCREDIBLE support!

The integration process can use some improvement. But customer support has been very helpful with helping me integrate with their app.

I'm a huge fan of Intelligems. After using Optimizely and VWO for years on SFCC, I think Intelligems has done a great job building a testing tool specifically for Shopify stores. They're UI is simplified but has all the things you need to run a for advanced testing program like mutually exclusive tests, custom tracking events and more. They've also been adding a ton of new AI enabled features on a monthly basis. On top of all that, they have the best customer service I've seen across my 15 years using SaaS vendors.

Amazing tool with even better service! If there's ever a test you're having trouble configuring yourself, their excellent team (Shouts out to Nick J) is more than willing to help get everything up and running!

Amazing app!

Frankly, given the price of the app, I find it OUTRAGEOUS that there is no chat support, only email. It's ridiculous, no follow-up, no help. It's better to find an app with support.

Very robust split testing app. The customer support is very good and they respond very quickly.

I've been doing CRO for the past 10 years and have yet to come across a tool as user friendly and intuitive as Intelligems is. As you know, getting a proper test to work with several different apps can be a headache. This tool made it easy for us, and we LOVE the rollout feature and the fact that we can track orders by SKU. It's not just the tech and features but the team behind this app that make it the best A/B testing tool I've ever personally used for Shopify!
