I absolutely love Instafeed! The set-up was super easy and it's a great way to connect with my audience. The customer support is very responsive and helpful, and I highly recommend this app to anyone looking to add Instagram content to their website.
Amazing app, just installed this on our store and created a header in around 10 minutes linking to our most popular collections. I look forwards to using it more when we have new product releases and promotions, it's great that you can upload your own images and gifs and change the colours to match the theme branding. Great app...
We used this app to add in a header to promote our various products and collections and it looks excellent. Super easy to use and set up and the GIF option is a great idea. I will monitor our revenue and aov going forwards but overall very pleased!
Perfect app, easy to use just what I was looking for with the custom options. Other apps make you link to Instagram which is a pain so this solved our problem. Thanks!
Instagram Stories for the win. These look great on my store with the custom options. Hoping to add Instagram Highlights from my account very soon.
I stumbled on Instafeed by accident and I love it! It's perfect for showcasing Instagram highlights, stories, and Reels. It's also a great way to connect with your audience without taking too much time from yourself with the automatic feed refresh.
Downloaded the paid app to use stories and reels, the functionality is broken and I wasted 6 bucks.
Reels feature didn't work. I messaged twice over 2 days and got no response. The app's JS isn't minified so it impacts store speed. Bad technically, bad support. They repeatedly contacted me after this review over 3 days via email, live chat, and Instagram, pleading for it to be removed, offering discounts, free access, and even cash payment for review removal. We responded by saying the review is reflective of the app and we would not alter it, and they continue to persist.
Instafeed is a simple, beautiful, and free app that helps you to display your Instagram feed on your website. It's a must-have for anyone looking to add Instagram content to their website and give their audience an amazing Instagram/Shopify experience. Thanks guys
The set-up was super easy. Instafeed is perfect when you have a good Instagram page. It provides you so much social proof. Instafeed includes your Instagram feed, Reels, and Instagram Story.
The app is great and the support is superb! I had some problems integrating with my store and the team rectified them in double quick time... Highly recommend!
Very bad ai support and highlights dont work
Instafeed has been a game-changer for my store! It seamlessly integrates social media feeds into my site + the new live features are so useful. Since using Instafeed, my conversion rates have significantly increased, and sales have gone up by 10-15%. It’s easy to set up, customize, and manage.
While I had some trouble getting it set up -- and no one got back to me :( but I'm sure they will eventually, was able to get the app to work on my own eventually. It's pretty cool. Once you figure out that the directions are incorrect -- maybe Shopify changed and they don't know it yet -- it's easy. Here's the trick -- when you set up -- you don't click on "theme settings" you click on the next icon below it called "app embeds". Took me an hour to figure that out. So if you are looking for an app to showcase your Instagram feeds, works great!
