Inkthreadable: Print on Demand

This 5 star rating is for the app and for the excellent service I've received from Inkthreadable since I first contacted them about a month ago. Every question I have had has been answered quickly and to my satisfaction. Most importantly, the quality of their garment printing and their speed of order turnaround is incredible compared to my previous supplier.

I've been using Inkthreadable as my main supplier for several months. The app is straight forward, intuitive and easy to use. The best I've come across from 3 or 4 drop shippers Including some of the big names, that I've used.

Excellent company, couldn't recommend them high enough, if you are looking for a reliable professional outfit, look no further.

I was able to link my Shopify account incredibly easily to Inkthreadable and have enjoyed a seamless process of designing, uploading and selling items this year. Most importantly for me however, has been having a direct contact at Inkthreadable who is always responsive and helpful. Selling online can be daunting and having a supplier who is so willing to engage in conversation and helping out whenever possible to answer our customer's questions has made this venture a viable one for me as a designer.

Only ever had positive experiences using Inkthreadable. Customers love the products and the green packaging is a real selling point.

Very happy with the service we have been receiving from Inkthreadable, they always go above and beyond to make sure that our orders are right. In the early days of our brand journey we feel reassured that orders will go out and be of great quality. Linked and integrated very easily with our shopify site, we couldn't be happier.

The app is easy to use and works well, The only downside to the app is it sometimes runs on the slow side. Inkthreadable have a great choice for POD to suit all ranges (from budget to premium garments) and upto now the print quality has been great, no issues whatsoever. Turnaround from order to delivery has been pretty quick. Well worth giving it a try

Used for years but recently have had very poor quality frames and lack of accountability with the issues and refusing to package better as “other people don’t have this issue”… Also have experienced a lack of accountability for their system errors and issuing refunds for damaged or poor quality orders. A great shame as they have a good customer service team and good pricing but just starting to not be worth it.

Excellent quality fabrics from this company. The app is very intuitive and a person with no IT experience can easily navigate . The print on demand customer service support is excellent and always responsive. The packaging is eco-friendly brown bags and always comes very well packed.

So far so good. Been using inkthreadable for about a month now and their app integrates brilliantly and make it easy to choose what garments etc we print our t-shirts on. They have a great range!

I've had a great experience with Inkthreadable so far. The DTG print quality has been excellent, with sharp, vibrant designs that look exactly how I hoped. The website is also really easy to use, making it simple to create products and connect everything with my Shopify store. It's been a smooth process from start to finish. I’ve worked with them for the last 3-4 years. I’ve tested a few printing companies in the UK and in Japan. Positives: In terms of print quality they are really good. The customer service is consistently quick (usually within 24 hours), fair, helpful and friendly. One of the main draws for me was their early adoption of fair trade/organic products. Super grateful to the team, I haven’t really had any issues apart from lost shipments and a few mistakes here and there that they quickly helped with. lost shipments aren’t really their fault anyway. That happens about 1 or 2% of the time I would say from my own experience. But again, can’t fault Inkthreadable for that as far as I can see. I think they’re a really good company. Improvement suggestions: I wish we had the option to double print white shirts, like you do for the black ones. prints look much better on black because you do 2 coats (white base, full color). I wish you could do that on white so the print is not so faded. I also wish we could check the stock for each product online. some t-shirt prints do eventually begin to disintegrate after around 100 washes, so if that could be improved that would be really great. anyway, you guys are killing it. the people leaving 1 star are haters .. I’m sure tons of people are happy with this company that don’t leave reviews. thanks for everything and looking forward to continue working with you

Customer Service is excellent. Embroidery is inconsistent - sometimes it is what you order, sometimes not. Printing is mostly good - had a few misprints. Quick to refund but slow to replace. Print timescales are poor, and delays are frequent.

We chose Inkthreadable as we were keen to use a UK based supplier. However, we experienced numerous issues with quality, errors in fulfilment and poor customer service. Whilst customer service is prompt, you are left with the distinct impression they do not really care – or do anything meaningful to help. Christmas was a particular low point as they failed to meet their own delivery guidelines. Promised service improvements never materialised – and we have now closed our account having decided it is simply too risky to place the reputation of our fledgling online business in this company.

a minute ago-Edit Very poor service, teeshirts often printed wrong and have to be redone, so the 3-5 days is not correct. They do not notify you that they printed your teeshirt wrong they just add extra days. I have a customer who has waited 12 days for a tee which was 5-10 days delivery the item has not been delivered now were told 30 days for a refund when it should of been delivered after ten. Had to order a replacement which will now take another 5+ days to send as they are going to make mistakes again for sure. Very Disappointed. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS ONLY THEMSELVES

Inkthreadable have completely transformed my business, they do an amazing job and in the past couple of months the orders have been shipped out super fast! I have been using them for over a year now and the only negative thing I had to say at the start was that the printing and shipping was slow. But since they have updated their printing facilities everything has been perfect! The staff have been super helpful too, I would definitely recommend using Inkthreadable for your business!

After previously having a lot of issues with Inkthreadable we decided to give them another go as we really wanted to work with a UK based supplier and we have been pleasantly surprised. They seem to be living up to their promises so far and we hope to continue working with them for the foreseeable future.

ive used inkthreadable for about a year now. thier customer service is TOP TIER. mistakes happen. they fix them without an issue when they arise. packages get lost. they reship quickly. they have an awesome active facebook community where users and staff help each other out. they have items that other vendors do not carry and are always looking to expand. top notch.
