IndexGPT is super easy to use and makes it simple to understand how your store is showing up in AI search. The platform is straightforward, and the support has been wonderful. They took the time to walk me through the tools and gave me personalized recommendations for ways I could improve my store. I really appreciated how helpful and knowledgeable the team was!

Just added Index GPT and the setup was quick—no faff, no fiddly configs. It’s early, but the value is obvious: keeping products and pages visible in AI search so we stay a step ahead of competitors. Exactly the kind of “set-and-forget” tool I want running in the background while I focus on the business.

Doesn't work. Just gives an "Access Denied" error when installing.

I’ve been using IndexGPT and overall the app has good potential. Initially, I faced some difficulty reaching the support team through chat and email, and I didn’t receive a response for over a week. Later, I realized that some of the support emails may have been going to my spam folder, which explained part of the delay. That said, the live chat feature still doesn’t seem to be active, so communication can be a bit challenging at times. I’m hopeful the support experience will improve going forward, as the service itself looks promising.

Customer service contacted me promptly; the after-sales support was excellent.

It didn't have any profit to our AI traffic. We had only 4 traffics from AI agents since we installed this app

Hi, I accidentally subscribed to your app and forgot to cancel the trial. I haven’t used the app at all. Could you please issue a refund for the $45 charge? I’d really appreciate your help

decent app, started using it, yet to see results as it may take sometime, will update here once I see or dont see any results

I haven't seen a increase in visibility since I updated my website. I have made updates and when I look at my website stats, there not much more happening.
