After working through the initial issues with the developer, I can now say that the app does what I need it to do. The developer has been very responsive to my feedback and has actively fixed the problems I encountered, including export columns, templates, filters, advanced options, and server management. What I especially appreciate is the willingness to work together with the customer to identify problems and get the functionality working properly. The developer is open to feedback and actually uses it to improve the app. The app is now working as expected for my use case, and I’m happy with the progress. If you encounter an issue, I would recommend contacting the developer directly. They are willing to work with you and help configure and improve the functionality so that it works properly for your particular needs. I’m glad I gave the app another chance after the initial problems. 5 stars for the effort, responsiveness and the final result.
