It's quite glitchy. Customers sometimes email me needing help to place an order a different way, because they can't upload the photos, or can't crop them etc.. I feel this would lead to loosing sales when they get fed up and look elsewhere to buy instead. I've tested myself and come across the same issues from time to time. Finally after a few years I am searching for a new app.
This app is perfect for that we need and I’ve been looking for something like this for ages. The developer has been excellent and not only answered my queries but also been on my website and offered up other ways to change it to suit us even more. Very impressed. It’s saved us a huge amount of time and is totally worth the small fee.
i love this app but its currently not working? anyone know how to fix this issue? HELPPPP! i dont know what to do ahhhh

Have been using this product on my store for a few months now, customer service is great and aby tweaks or changes that you need made the devs are able to sort it out very quickly. Very happy i changed over to this app :)
I have been switching customizing apps for my products, I think I have tried all of them. This one is by far the most professional app out there, everything is very user friendly and easy to set up. I had to do a small customization, the support answered literally in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend! Defently will shift my other POD stores.

App performs as described for our custom print shop and has a great UI and UX for our customers. We needed a custom product option which the support team quickly and efficiently implemented for us. Amazing app with a friendly team behind it! Highly recommend!
You can't see the pictures uploaded by customers in the backend, and there is no customer service to interface with.

I used this app to allow customers to add personalisation to they're purchase. It worked well but needed a little tweak to make it work perfectly for me. I contacted customers support and they where fantastic. It now works perfectly for my needs. Highly recommend
