Wonderful app! Had a little trouble implementing in our store, however support responded very quickly and installed it for us. Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the support and the app works perfectly. A definite must have for every store.

After selecting the App I contacted them for the free install 5 times. 4 days later after a couple more emails I still can't get an answer, nothing at all, no response! I ended up installing it myself which is quite easy but the button placement is a complete pain in butt, that's a really tough thing to get right if you don't have any experience with code. I finally got it to sit in the footer which I am mildly happy with, I am not at all impressed that I have haven't even had one email to say "we are busy and will help you soon" nothing at all, talking to brick wall would have been more helpful. So if you are looking for a quick install by these guys don't hold your breathe. The app itself is not bad, not amazing either. May remove, yet to decide. For the whole experience including how the app works and customer service, I have to give it a 2, I am sick of waiting, how hard is it to send a quick email to acknowledge that someone needs help with their supposedly FREE HELP/Setup! If you are at all unsure about being able to do it yourself due to having no experience I wouldn't attempt it, I'd wait for them to do it for you whenever that would be. I even took the time to create access for them too on my account, what a waste of time that was!

REALLY GOOD APP, it works like a charm and it is completely editable. The Support is simply amazing, the best support I ever received ! To pay back you for it I will have to keep this app at least during 20 years :D Thank you guys.

This app is a must have, and a bargain at $2/month! They set up everything for me wonderfully, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Everyone who collects something knows the challenge of the holidays: All you really want are new items for your collection, but friends and family are afraid to buy anything because they're not sure what you want or already have. Since we sell to collectors, this app is perfect for us. Customers easily add items to a wish list, then they can email (or send by Facebook, etc) their wish list to friends and family. They get what they want, buyers are thrilled to know they're buying something that will be cherished, and we get the sales! Everyone's happy! Additionally, since each of our products is listed as a quantity of 1 online (because condition makes each one unique), if an item sells, it is removed from wish lists automatically, avoiding confusion. Kundan installed the app for me, since I'm not tech saavy, and made it match our site's look and color scheme. It works perfectly and is the only app we're currently willing to pay a monthly fee for.

I installed it and asked for the free installation help and they broke my site. Now I can't take orders! Have been emailing for days with no response. Really disappointed.

Absolutely amazing app! We've been wanting a Wishlist on the site for sometime, and the app developers had us up and running in no time at all. In the end, all we had to do was download the app and request that they set it up. The developers took care of everything, and *poof!* like magic we now have a Wishlist that matches the site. Love this app and have been using it for quite a while now. Easy to install and customise. Great support when I needed help. My customers seem to enjoy using this feature and it is great being able to see what they are saving in their wishlists so I can market relevant products to them. An added bonus is the super low cost!

Potentially good app, not so great customer service! There are some installation problems at the start which only developer could do. Later we had to work on a few issues on styling and a few bugs on functions, but the developer started ignoring our calls right after installation. Also there is an obvious English language barrier.

I have been using this app for over 2 years now. It has been fantastic! My store was just upgraded to 2.0 and I asked for some help getting the app up to speed with my new theme and magically it was taken care of the next day. They don't always answer the emails you send but they get the work done so if you don't get an answer, check your site to see if they already did the work because most likely they have. The customer service is excellent. They help us set up the APP for free, which is very fast. Their staff is also very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Seems to work perfectly and really good support from the developers too. The main advantage over other apps that do this is the price - a great pricing model. I'll give it 5* now as the cost is fully justified. but it'd be great if a future version could integrate with email and could send automated reminders to people who'd setup wish lists and not bought for a specified number of days - that could be an optional upgrade for higher cost.

I used the app for a year and it was good...my usage was not sufficient so I had to uninstall after almost 12 months..but app worked well..only thing is during uninstallation, you need their support for clean exit...they have been helpful.

Wishlist app is just what we need for customers (and us) to keep track of items they want to purchase in the future. The team was also quickly attentive to make customizations and edits to the look and feel.
