HUE Cart Drawer

The app is wonderful - in connection with BUCKS, was able to implement a beautiful and working button indicator for currency conversion, as well as implementing the notice i want to have in place for my international customers, to remind them that the price (number) they see at the actual final checkout is truly the same value as the currency price they chose to view the product from the product page and first step of the purchase process. That said - the support team alone is worthwhile getting into these apps to enhance any storefront and checkout procedure which operates in and targets an international market of potential customers. if possible, i would have left 10 stars or more - for the customer support alone!! not to mention the app integration and performance as well!!

best thing about the HUE cart and upsell is the customization but the IT help team they are amazing and helpful ! I would buy this app if you dont have time to code your cart drawer.

This app is absolutely fantastic! The shopping cart design is sleek and stylish, a huge upgrade from the plain, boring default layouts. Best of all, it’s totally free to use!  Their support team is incredibly responsive if you run into any issues. Aleena went above and beyond to assist me—she’s super professional and highly skilled. What’s more, she was endlessly patient. We spent the whole afternoon troubleshooting together, and she never rushed me once. In the end, she fully resolved all my requests perfectly.

I was recommended this app by Helixo after installing their upsell app. Their customer service is excellent with a quick turnaround. Highly recommend!

Hallo, in der App gibt keine Möglichkeit den Support zu kontaktieren. Grundsätzlich funktioniert die App, es sind aber einigen Fehler die unbedingt behoben werden müssen. Bitte um Kontakt aufnahmen: [email protected] !!!!!! Nachtrag: ich habe seit einige Tage an Support eine Mail geschickt: wenn über di App den CheckOut aufgerufen wird erfolgt keine Übersetzung. Ursache schein zu sein das keine Dynamik Link implementiert ist. Bis Heute keine Reaktion !! Schade, weil sonst ist die App nicht schlecht!

I have been working in the field of online shopping for some time, but I have never met a support and speed like the team at Wowcart - Slide Cart Drawer. I requested their help for a wrong setting (due to my mistake) and they solved it in 15 minutes. It deserves more than 5 stars, without a doubt!

Unfortunately I have to give this app 1 star, and if I could I would give it 0 stars. But first of all I want to mention, that the support was pretty decent, they tried to help me, but it did not work. So the problem was that some customers could not reach the checkout via the Wowcart Drawer, because the app sent multiple errors or requests to shopify. After the error, the customer was marked with a cookie by shopify, so the customer could not checkout while this cookie was set. Shopify thought the customer was a bot, because the app sent too many requests. Only option was to delete all cookies and cookies. But how should a customer know this workaround? Only some of them reached out to me, and I could help them with the cookie/cache delete tip. So I have talked with shopify support, and it was a long run in error testing that lasted months. But finally we found the error, it was the wowcart slide drawer.. So I immediatly contacted the support, and they reached out very fast, I have to say. But they could not detect the error or fix it. And over the time I have lost thousands of revenue just because I installed the cart drawer, because it had a great synergy with the UFE Upsell App by the same company. If I could, I would have never installed both of the apps, and I can't recommend it either. I'm very lucky that some customers reached out to me and tell me of the error, because if not I would still lose money every f*cking day.. So do yourself a favor and never install this app!

We've tried this app and it really spiffs up our shopping carts. If anything goes wrong, the support team jumps right in to help out. And the best part? It hasn't cost me a cent.

This Cart Drawer App is simple and functional, and you can integrate it with the Upsell App UFE which is why we got it. There were some issues when we first integrated it in our theme but thanks to the really responsive support we fixed that soon! They also adapted the design as far as possible to our needs. Can recommend :)

I was trying to integrate Wowcart into our theme and was having trouble but Lishana, from the support team was greatly helpful and now the cart is a wonderful addition to our website. Especially on top of the fact that is a good app that is free.
