Hands-down best experience I had so far - qualitative, premium products shipped and even made in EU. Photos, descriptions and product sync set the bar really high, I don't think I have seen any other apps do that. Everything is quite intuitive and easy to start. I'd definitely recommend!

Integration is easy, everything works as expected, but if you plan to dive into specific niche, check if they have a lot of items in stock. I went with boots (combat + hiking mainly) and sadly quite a few of the popular ones are out of stock and god knows when they will be back.

We have been using the app for over 6 months now and it has been a great experience from the very beginning. Hertwill just may be the single best product to Dropship in Europe. The team managed to connect with suppliers who source top quality product with speedy fulfillment times. Clean interface, no gimmicks - easy to use and improvements are coming. What really stands out here is the fantastic support team. I've asked for some feedback after initial store design and I've gotten legit advice that clearly took time and consideration to produce. Top Class.

I have been using the Hertwill app on Shopify since it was launched on the platform, and a lot of development has taken place. Overall, I have mostly positive things to say, but I have identified at least two areas for improvement: - The return process is poor because the customer has to print the return address label themselves. In my opinion, this is unacceptable in the digital era of 2025. For the past 1.5 years, I have received the same response—that the return process is continuously being developed—but nothing big has changed yet. I also suggested a long time ago that the return address label should be automatically included in shipments. - Currently, Hertwill processes exchange orders as separate orders, which means that on the Shopify platform, you have to create a new order for the customer, and the distribution process functions as it does for new orders. However, Shopify also has a feature that allows exchange orders to be handled in a way where, once the return of the original product has been initiated, you can add a new product to the same "order card" after processing the return and request its distribution. However, this function does not work with Hertwill. These two improvements would significantly ease the workload of Shopify merchants.

I find the use of Hertwill to be a bless, the app is working flawless with shopify. Also i am very pleased with the amount of products you can choose, we have done some test orders and the products look really good and are shipped with care. The support from Hertwill is very good and each time I reach out they respond very fast. We truly advice Hertwill for your webshop.
