Growave: Loyalty & Wishlist

The Things Most people don't understand is the Implementation and the Seamless Integration. People at Growave like Tattu, really understand and they have build this app around it. We are not developer, so coding and Adding widget is not our Cup of Tea. So until and Unless a Developer do this, we are stuck. So 5 Stars for Amazing Service.

Mario and Valeria have been absolutely wonderful to work with. From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive, helpful, and solution oriented. What really stood out was how personally they supported us throughout the setup. Whenever we had a question or needed something adjusted, they took the time to understand our needs and helped us find the best solution always with a very positive and friendly attitude. We especially appreciated their support with the translations and the overall implementation process. Communication was always clear, quick, and reliable. I really do like this app, and it was beneficial for my business for the time I had it. However, after being a customer for seven long months without any sort of payment and they try to do the whole "bait and switch" tactic to force me into a $60/month contract, I find that a little sketchy and disheartening. It would be much better if they grandfathered a plan or made the payments more affordable. They basically make you pay MORE if your site gets more visitors, and it has nothing to do with the app itself!

Most Up to Date Review: after expressing my frustration to their customer service team about their latest update, they took my comments seriously and worked over a few days to make the necessary changes to return functionalities to the way they were before. I am very pleased so far with things right now and glad that they were willing to fix things and make it right. I am back to loving the app and I give my congratulations to their support and technical team. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Updated Review: they decided to make changes to their functionality without asking anyone making their rewards program useless. Now, if you want to exclude a few people, as little as one person, from their reward program, you have to hide the rewards tab from ALL of your customers and they will only see it if they are loged in. Which makes NO SENSE since how else will they find out about the rewards program if they are new to your store? This was never like that before, they changed this because a few people complained, and instead of finding a good solution they found a terrible one, they warned no-one about the change and created confusion for thousands of customers. I lost sales due to this, and I am now being forced to give rewards to previously excluded categories just so that my rewards tab can be visible without having to log in. I gave them more than enough time to solve this and the only solution they suggested was completely not user friendly, impractical and not worth keeping the app. BE AWARE, this app is no longer the great app it used to be. I sure hope eventually they realize the huge mistake they made and change it... but it might be too late by then. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PREVIOUS REVIEW: By far this is the app I have received the best support with so far. What an amazing app! And such fantastic service. I've only just installed this app 2 days ago, but so far I am in love with it. And the assistance has been quick, amazing and precise... hard to find an app that does this much in such a seamless way. Love love love it. Thanks so much

Love the app and really love the customer service. I contacted them about an issue we were having and not only did they fix it, but they fixed something else that I didn't even mention! Wow blown away by that! may 2022 just contacted them about an issue. It was fixed right away. Very responsive and helpful! Love this app

I really like the app. Will upgrade more in the future, as customers increase. Customer Service is very helpful and quick to respond. Also very helpful with helping you learn along the way.

Bad UX and Judge me is better. Installed both and Judge me got 50 reviews in a week while Growave didn't. Judgeme is free as well.

I am taking advantage of the free 14 days trial and I am amazed. I had a great support from the beginning. They settled the app for me, migrated customers point from another app, they are always present and always helpful . The customers immediately noticed and appreciated the changes ( now they can have a wishlist, can log in from a social network etc) . I will for sure upgrade to a basic plan. So much happy. Does not exitate to try this app!

I'm using this app for the Wishlist. So far, it's been great! A lot better than all of the others that I've tried. The support team is also very responsive and helpful. Happy to have found this app!
