Grapevine Post Purchase Survey

The App itself is incredibly straightforward to use and the Support has been first class. I originally brought in this tool to help with NPS on our Shopify checkout flow, but I am now looking for more ways to use surveys to gain valuable insight and VoC. Rare find: just works, fair pricing, and actual humans behind it Like many Shopify merchants, I’ve replaced most paid plugins with home‑grown or “vibe coded” alternatives to save money. Grapevine is one of the few apps I’m not planning to replace, and for good reason. First, it simply does what it’s supposed to do. Setup was straightforward, surveys look native to my store, and I haven’t needed to hack anything to get custom features or designs. It’s one of those apps you install and then forget about in a good way. Second, the pricing is honest. Flat fee, unlimited responses, no sudden price jumps as transactions grow. In a world where simple plugins become expensive as you succeed, this feels refreshing and respectful. Third, the support is genuinely human. Steve actually listened to my improvement ideas and treated them seriously. It’s rare to feel like you’re talking to the people who shape the product, not just a support queue. If you want a survey app that works out of the box, doesn’t punish growth, and is built by people who care, Grapevine is an easy recommendation.

Well I am surprised a free app that acually works. Brilliant little app and easy to use and set up. More please a must to have on all stores. Keep up the good work

Great app! does exactly what it says, and integrates very nicely on the thank you page. Definitely, a valuable tool as it can give you a greater insight than what Google Analytics can offer alone.
