These days, it feels like everybody has too much to do, and not enough time. So, if you are looking for a partner to help you grow sales on your website in a way that is painless, our experience has been nothing but quick, friendly, and efficient with the entire GovX team. We highly recommend that you consider partnering with GovX for your next ecommerce project on Shopify.
Great app for a great cause and the support staff is awesome.
Amazing, easy and profit-generating. Also, Roxanne is an amazing rep!
Can't speak highly enough of the support team and how helpful they are to get you up and running on the GovX website. Roxanne is a rockstar!!
The partner support team is a 5 of 5!
The audience is great, its exactly who we needed to reach. The service is awesome through setup and marketing opps. And the app itself is easy to install and works very well. Would recommend this program and the app!
We used another app with similar functionality, but this one has been much easier to set up and affordable. With options that include medical and first responders in addition to military and law enforcement, it's got everything we're looking for!
Does everything it is supposed to do. Makes our vendors happy because they know the discounts are verified and legitimate. Customers are enjoying the opportunity to save.
I began using Govx ID to try to find a low-cost option I could use to recognize our first responder clients. Not only does this appear to work better than the other apps I have tried for this service, but it does not task the merchant with fees or costs.
Patriotism and supporting our military, first responders and their families is core to our mission and a big deal to us. GovX ID has worked perfectly and enabled us to show our deep appreciation every day. Many thanks!
We've used this App since last Fall. Implementation was fairly easy and deployment was a breeze. I just checked our stats the App has resulted in 16 Orders over the last 90-days. We're a fairly new store, so those numbers are great for a Free App. Will continue to leverage as we build our customer base. Highly recommend to EVERY store!
Great app that allows us to provide some special benefits (discounts) to first responders and a way for us to say a small thank you for their service. Easy to install and seamless integrated into the Shopify experience. Our first responders love it as it makes it easy for them to verify they are eligible and it is a no worry solution for us.
Very simple install instructions, and the install flowed seamlessly up until the very end - when I discovered that the GovX login/widget will not show up on your checkout page, unless you have Shopify Plus. So you'll have to train people to use the GovX login/widget on the Cart page instead. I wasn't aware of that going into the install, and was a little disappointed. Also, no way to differentiate discounts between professions, and no way to tag accounts with for example "leo", "efr", or "vet" once people have registered with GovX, which would then allow segment targeting in email apps like Klaviyo. Hopefully they will add those features in the future. Otherwise, a great app that I look forward to testing out more in the future.
The GovX App has been nothing but great. My Customer Success Manager has been prompt and helpful. I would highly recommend it! In a world where I have 1 million things to do, I know that GovX will always be there to help. Update: We are still with GOVX today, and will continue to use them. They have been super helpful through discount changes and many business changes.
The app would be a great addition if it worked and if the tech support would answer to make it work. It worked a few days then it vanished from the checkout page. update: The support got in touch a few days later and solved the problem. The only issue is that the app only show up on the cart, but not during the check out process.
The GOVX team are true advocates for Military and First responders and have built an incredibly valuable and useful app!
Great app for a great cause! We do appreciate first responders and milatary. They keep us safe and love to help with anything we can.
This app has been such a fantastic way to securely and easily offer a discount to service families, highly recommend!!
Super easy to set up and working great so far! Really glad we installed. The gox X team has been fantastic to work with. Roxanne is amazing to work with and is always so helpful
This is a fine app. It's helped us not only gain customers through the app, but also create awareness in a very professional way, that we offer military discounts. Great customer service and a great team to work with!
