I recommend google shopping feed is because how it is easy to shop and very easy to check out. It stores on what you order for you can reorder anytime.

Starting using this app over a week ago - simple to add your products to google and any problems with feeds Dixy has quickly helped us resolve . Manisha is also helping us optimize our google ads and so far already we are seeing possible results and extra traffic to our website.

We had used another CedCommerce app and got rid of it because the customer service is hilariously slow and inept. We were just reminded recently with this app why we so strongly dislike CedCommerce and will DEFINITELY be getting rid of this app just as soon as there's a viable alternative for Google Express integrations and Shopify. Definitely know if you use this app you will never get prompt responses to support inquiries and, when you do, they won't actually answer the question asked. Ever. May 2019 Update: After leaving a negative review, CED Commerce has called and emailed us endlessly asking us to remove it. If you're wondering why there aren't any other negative reviews for this developer or this app, it's because they are basically harassing people to death if they leave a negative review. We've had to contact our phone company to have them manually block their phone number. (But if you use this app and are having trouble, leaving a negative review is definitely a good way to get their attention!)

The plan renews itself every month and breaks the links to shipping settings which unpublished every listing. Many issues with Tech Support. Swati is not a real person but AI...the image is AI. When there were issues, IT would send you down rabbit holes researching errors which did not exist. We had to explain the errors and why they were occurring. Why does the app not notify when the links are broken...and which happens frequently which require complete reset of shipping settings which then requires feed to repopulate. After giving access to Google Account, added an additional third party email without our notice or approval. DO NOT USE THIS APP!

Everything was fine until I purchased the app and started the free trial and now im spending more time wondering whats wrong and fixing issues instead of enjoying the app and what it has to offer...The customer service is horrible, I dont know what I was doing and I used the help service and I dont like the fact of being offered to a friend outside of this app to spend money to upgrade my store...which has nothing to do with this app..once I refuse, all of a sudden my merchant account is messed up and now im trying to ask questions and now customer service isn't responding AT ALL!!...its like they all ignoring my questions and stalling me until I'm speaking back to the same representative I was talking to earlier....I noticed that at a certain time there are different reps, but im trying not to talk to certain rep, so im looking for help at a DIFFERENT TIME so I dont talk to this person, I need this addressed and this is getting out of hand..thanks

Beware of Commerce Google Feed - A Total Scam! Commerce Google Feed is a total scam! They charge for nothing, while Google Merchant itself is free. I was unknowingly losing money to this fraudulent service for three long years, until a financial investigation brought these charges to light. I strongly advise others to stay away from this untrustworthy app. Furthermore, I'm sure their positive reviews are entirely fake, adding to their dubious nature. They market themselves as a feed management service that will boost product visibility and sales on Google Merchant. Moreover, the truth of the matter is that gaining access to Google Merchant is entirely free of charge. Any merchant can easily upload their products to Google Merchant Center without the need for a third-party service like Commerce Google Feed. Had I known this crucial piece of information beforehand, I could have avoided being lured into their deceitful trap and saved a substantial amount of money and frustration. As an online seller, I rely heavily on trustworthy partners to help expand my business and improve my online presence. Unfortunately, Commerce Google Feed took advantage of my trust and exploited my lack of knowledge regarding the accessibility of Google Merchant for free.

Unable to manage several markets like what they stated. My store is set up to handle different local languages and currencies. The app is not cable of syncing shipping profiles and local currencies from the Shopify store. As a result, the GG merchant reject the feed that had been uploaded by Cedcommerce. Reach out to support, instead of listening to your problem to identify where the errors come from. They keep speaking nonsense like your products are active (active products are from another app), and there is no Pb (your feed is rejected by GG merchant), and your store does not set up for local currency (in fact it does set up correctly), etc... I already have approved 800 products on GG merchant from another app. I change to this app with thinking smoother process and handle larger SKUs. What a joke!

This is the most incompetent support I've ever had to deal with. They lack expertise in Google and follow templates for everything. If your theme or design does not align with the architecture of their application, they won't even inform you about it. They just go through the motions according to their regulations, and you end up spending your money because your attributes transmit incorrect data. If you're reading this review and looking for an application, consider DataFeedWatch. Their support doesn't waste your time, avoids creating tasks with intentional errors, and everything works perfectly.

This has been a splendid journey with CedCommerce and I have surely found the best app for Google with them. The Google Shopping and Google Ads app has catered to my needs for almost 1.5 years now and I am glad I chose it for my Google business. Your product data will automatically be synced from shopify to google, trackings also update to Google , orders fetch easily to Shopify, and profiles make it a strong point to control your products along with the configurations section that helps manage all special parts with single clicks. They also did customizations for some sections on app as per my needs, and I admire their entire team for that!! This app is a complete result exceptional intelligence and hard work of the CedCommerce guys. It definitely deserve more than 5 stars!! I will always be thankful to these guys, you made a wonder in the form in this app! The application is very easy to use as compared to other marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, and standalone Shopify. Their customer service team is SUPERB. They assign multiple customer service specialists to assist us. Specifically, Dixy has been extremely helpful and prompt with all his responses. I'm very slow at learning, but he made sure I was comfortable despite so many questions. I highly recommend this app! Make use of their customer service, they're ELITE!

This is the finest app out there for managing products and orders from Google Shopping marketplace as well as managing Google Shopping ads. The app works flawlessly. Hardly any issues. I use their ad agency service, they force me to use their app, I used to think that this ad service includes app fee, I didn't notice that it was an annual fee, I paid $399 for google ad agency service fee and $199 tiktok ad agency service fee. Google Ads is performing very poorly, ROAS is only 2, tiktok has not had a single order. I think they should refund me $125 for the remaining 11 months of APP fees

We are extremely happy with the product and amazing support. We tried every other product feed app out there and this is by far the best performing.
