We have been using Globe for over a year now, and I can highly recommend it. Creating and printing labels is simple and efficient. It makes processing orders much easier for us. Plus, they have fantastic customer support that provides prompt assistance whenever needed. Highly recommended!
5 stars is not enough. Had trouble with a carrier and they fixed the issue within an hour. Excellent.

We’re delighted with Globe Pickup! We suggested an improvement to the design of their reminder emails, and they had it implemented within hours. The team does a fantastic job: they’re professional, quick to respond and always receptive to feedback. The app keeps getting better and makes our work so much easier. Excellent app, easily the best on the market. If I could, I would gladly give it 10 stars instead of 5, especially because I honestly can’t remember the last time I came across such a helpful and responsive service provider (if ever). Every development request or improvement I’ve asked for so far has been implemented incredibly quickly. The app itself is also very stable and fast, supports a huge number of courier companies, and on top of all that, the pricing is unbeatable. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I've used hundreds of apps and this is by far my favourite one. Adam is awesome and was so helpful. Can't recommend this app enough.
We used to use different apps like Zásilkovna (Digismoothie) for pickup points, but this one can handle multiple carriers, the settings is great, much more customizations, custom e-mail sender domain and the support is just amazing. Manually adding pickup points for clients is a bit non-intuitive, but it's not very common. App can work with multiple markets, countries and languages (there are some limitations, but it's still the best I've seen).
We use Globe after switching from another solution and for me great! The variety of providers is great and the UX of the app towards customers is awesome. The benefit for ours is the further development of the app and the potential to connect carriers via API. Support for the app is great - fast, helpful.
Nastavení je jednoduché a podpora pomůže promptně a dokonce i vysvětlí samotný obchod a ne jen vlastní aplikaci, podpora se mi může napojit na e-shop a nastavit věci správně jak mají být sama a já tak nemusím hledat kde co mám špatně. Skvělí lidi, doporučuji :)

Excellent app and outstanding customer support The app works perfectly with FOXPOST, GLS and MPL pickup points, including our separate card payment and cash-on-delivery shipping options. We had a configuration issue, and Adam was incredibly helpful, patient and thorough. He investigated everything carefully, found the exact cause of the problem and fixed it very quickly. I’m really happy with both the app and the excellent customer support. Highly recommended!
