Have a problem with a broken piece on a treadmill and yet they have not responded to this issue for over a week and I keep trying to contact them yet nothing. Support is obviously lacking alot Responded and did a great job on this issue Customer service has been great and handled all my issues quickly now, actually they handled the issue here but forgot to inform me.
