Gift Card Factory

If I could give this app 100 stars I would! Does everything we need for gift card promotions and reminders, has so much capability and is organized very well to not be overwhelming. There is a way to do just about anything you need to do with Gift Card or Store Credit promotions, and support has been the best I have ever encountered (Mat is fantastic)! Never more than a few hours before I get a response, and always comes back with solutions that work. I truly can't say enough about this app, the developer, and the support. I wish they made every app we use, my life would be so much easier.

This app has been truly helpful in automating gift cards. Specifically for our employees. Mat has been amazingly helpful and would recommend!

Great support by Mat and the app team to get the job done. App performs very well.

A very poor experience. App doesn't work as it should. Certainly doesn't integrate well with Shopify. No response from customer support. Dissapointing and time wasting experience.

Really happy with the app - I used it for a bulk gift card exercise. Quick, responsive and helpful customer support too.

Facile d'utilisation!

Great support. I had an issue with my email address matching a bunch of my test accounts with the same email and they deployed an update for my specific issue right away.

Shopify’s native gift card system is pretty barebones, so we needed something with more customization and a better customer experience. Gift Card Factory delivered exactly that! The ability to personalize gift cards, schedule deliveries, and offer a more polished design has been a game-changer for us. It was easy to set up, and everything runs smoothly. Our customers love the improved experience, and we’ve already seen an uptick in gift card sales. Plus, the support team is fantastic. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a better gift card solution.

Fulfilled our needs. Neat service!

Easy to use, offers lots of effective and creative ways to utilize the Gift Card API and, most importantly, the app does exactly what the Devs say it does.

Thank you for the great support provided Mat!! I would definitely recommend this to other Shopify Users, Customer Support like this does not happen often.

Excellent customer support service

Gift Card Factory is easy to use and works flawlessly. Bulk creation and automatic gift card generation save a lot of time, especially for larger campaigns. Clean interface, reliable performance, and helpful support. Highly recommended for any Shopify store using gift cards!

Amazing app

L'app fonctionne bien et nous a fait économiser du temps !

I have been testing this app and the upload and different features work great, especially the different bulk upload settings.

Great app
