Easy to use with great results!

If you need an app to create thumbnails efficiently, especially for framing type images, then this app is a must-have. Charlie, the developer, is highly responsive, flexible, and has made the app even more user-friendly with new features. This app has saved us countless hours and money in creating previews for our 600 artworks. We appreciate Charlie's direct involvement in the app's development, which is a breath of fresh air in the Shopify app jungle. Overall, this app is a fantastic solution for anyone who needs to bulk create thumbnails, and we highly recommend it.

This App has saved me a lot of time! and it provides a good context for my products... One thing I really appreciate is how fast and efficient the customer support is, even to the level that they will execute actions for me and provide detailed instructions on how I can achieve my goals using this technology... Beautiful but useless. Tried for days to get it to work. It wouldn't render more than two and a half products with variants... (The app was stuck at 33% for days ...for only 6 products?) Tried multiple times. Finally uninstalled it. • No user guide or instructions • Support was not very helpful and quit responding (*UPDATE until my review) • As far as I can tell, you still have to connect every variant image with each product variant manually. That could be a nightmare if you have hundreds of products with variants. Support said there is a way to connect the images with variants automatically, but wouldn't explain.

The Frame Up app was a game changer for our art e-commerce! Something I estimated would take around 180 hours to produce 15,000 mockups—between background-free images and staged frames—the app does automatically in seconds. On top of that, their support is impeccable, and Charlie was extremely attentive to all our needs. Highly recommended!

If you have a print/art business, YOU NEED THIS TOOL—I'm telling you!!! Frame Up has absolutely changed my business. I was so bogged down making thousands of mockups anytime I wanted to add a new collection of art to my website. A 10 piece collection every few months was all I could really handle (not to mention the several times I accidentally wiped all of the imagery on my website causing mass chaos!). I knew I needed a tool that eliminated the need to create endless mockups so that I could be free add tons of new inventory every month. Since I starting using Frame Up, my sales are up 85%, and average order value is up 72% which is absolutely WILD! My best guess is that being able to consistently add new inventory, as well as having pieces mock up in real time and show them in an interior setting all vastly contributed to my growth.
