We just implemented and their support team helped us troubleshoot some issues. We are hoping this will improve our conversion at https://firstsourcewireless.com/

Unfortunately, some of the advertised features are not working as expected, despite support previously confirming their availability before installation. This has resulted in a significant waste of time on our end, and we're quite disappointed with how things have unfolded.

Fraud company. First sold these features as free with analytics with the theme. Now disabled many important features and converted to paid. I will be reporting this fraud to local authorities.
