AAA ‑ Custom Form Builder

Nice form, easy to use. One thing is wish the form has easy sending from option, instead of emailing the developer to activate it. Also, if the option to change the size of each fill out area was built in, it would be perfect. If there were too many info, makes the form long ex: current layout first name- one line, last name one line, if this was made where both were on the same line to save space. Customer service is great, they reply pretty quickly (within 1 day)

Great app and Great service. A majority of my business comes from forms and this one is a keeper. I like the conditional logic that shows certain fields based on answers in other fields. I also like the auto emails it will send upon submission of the forms, to the customer and to me. You can send them from your own email and you can customize the emails with form entries for added personalization. The support has been there to help me through a few issues as well!

I can't get any help with my form. I have reached out to live chat with no response except, let me check. I've emailed and nothing. I would like to use the conditional email option and the show/hide logic option. I've tried everything and just need some guidance......NOTHING. Don't waste your time on this tool. PS a 2 day trial??

My forms keep disappearing after they are working while for no reason. Very annoying and costly. Wish they would fix it

Very easy to use and had a minor problem with some HTML code. Customer service answered quickly and had the error fixed within 24 hours. Highly recommend this app!

It's a pretty good app. You get a lot of customization features, and the conditional logic is the best way to handle customer inquiries. The support is relatively responsive and they can help with all of your needs. Would definitely download 10/10

Best form builder I've found in terms of pricing. Largest file size upload and easiest builder from the 3 that I've used on Shopify.

I used this app but then noticed they only allow you to have 2 forms without upgrading to their ridiculous price plans (its a form builder people these are not expensive). Thanks but no thanks. Save your money for important things like bringing customers to your store.

I am very satisfied with the app, it fulfills all my requirements for the form I need. Special word for support team - they are working fast and are very helpful.

Awesome app but even better support! First of all, this is the only form building app that I could find that can do exactly what I need and syncs with my email CRM. There were a few things that I needed changed and some questions I had. The awesome team at aaa ecommerce answered and fixed everything I needed to fit my store. App is easy to understand and to use. I love how you can export the information to CSV to get a quick list of customers who have completed the form! Again, simple and easy to use!!
