how can i integrate mail to this form for getting enquires details from the customer in store for the distributor form

Used there form builder app, very easy to use and customise exactly how I wanted. I had an issue because I'm using a specific theme where all the pages are linked so adding the theme to one page added it to all but I got in contacted with them and over a google meet call they solved this for me very quickly. Simple and very effective form builder. The guide was very clear and any issue I had, customer support was there and quick with solutions. If you're looking for a free alternative to some off these over complicated apps, this is your best pick.

Fast support, straight to the point. They helped me perfectly with my problem were i needed to find the place to add some CSS code to the forum.

Full of bugs, not responsive, many options don't work correctly, layout is not well aligned, some field have incorrect default options. Service doesn't answer at all. Looks like it has never been tested. I'm so disappointed and frustrated because I lost many hours setting this form up and now I need to start over with another app. Showed it to a professional dev. He couldn't believe how cheap it is.

For a free app, this form building is great. It has all the options you'd expect (and a couple unexpected) and it's easy to use. The support staff was very responsive via a chat interface which is nice. There are some things lacking from this app but it's free so I can't complain. It certainly will meet your needs for basic functionality.

Can't believe this app is free and also the online support is amazing, like others have mentioned, was looking to apply some custom CSS and the support folks were straight on it explaining what to do! All the options you could possibly want for a form are here, color picker, ranger selector, drop downs, email, text boxes, and many more. Highly recommended!

Amazing App! Easy and with efficient technical support!

So happy with the app and the service from the support team! Amazingly quick response time, I had my changes sorted within an hour of adding the app. I also found that I had to add an element to the form, then go back out, then back into that element before my edits would save. But overall, the form looks excellent and it was FREE! Completely brilliant.

I have had some great parts of this app and some frustrating parts, but the people who work for the app were able to fix my issues. For this, I’m giving this app 5 stars again. They were able to fix the initial horrendous look for the responses and now the responses look great.
