FlexSync: Google Sheets Sync

This is outstanding customer support. Special shout-out to Badrul, who gave up his weekend to troubleshoot an issue that wasn't even a FlexSync issue at all! I cannot say enough good things. 5 stars all the way.

FlexSync has been an excellent addition to our South African Shopify store, especially for managing a large product catalogue where keeping stock levels and pricing updated can otherwise become very time-consuming. The app has made the whole process much easier and more manageable, and the support from their team has been outstanding. I recently needed assistance with an issue and Badrul was incredibly friendly, patient and helpful. He took the time to assist me properly and made sure everything was sorted out. It is always reassuring to use an app where you know there is a responsive and knowledgeable support team behind it. I would highly recommend FlexSync to anyone running a Shopify store with a large catalogue or needing an efficient way to keep product information, stock and pricing synchronized. A very useful app with fantastic customer service!

This is an excellent app doing exactly as expected. The support is very helpful and new feature requests were added with just a few weeks. I absolutely recommend this app to any stores who want to work in parallel in a Google Sheet like I do.

Disgusting company. Don't bother wasting your time on this app, it doesn't work and the customer support are beyond rude and extremely unhelpful. There's many better apps available which cost a lot less and provide far more features. If you're looking to be insulted by incompetent support agents then use this app, but if you're serious about running a business then avoid AT ALL COSTS.

Works wonderfull if you update the google sheet automatically update your shopify inventory. Also support is very helpful Badrul, was very clear and active when i need help to solve a mistake i did
