This app works perfect! The developers are really helpful and kind, they were the only one with a digital PDF app that added a special feature that I requested and I really appreciate it! We will have long years of collaboration ahead of us. Keep up the good work! Flawless and really easy to use!
Recurrí al soporte, respondieron rápido y resolvieron mi problema.
Really simple and convenient app for selling digital products. The setup was quick, the interface is easy to understand, and everything works smoothly. Makes managing digital downloads much easier without any unnecessary complexity. Highly recommended!
My complaint is below this review update. (WOW) I wrote my review and the very next morning Tech support contacted me. These guys are serious about making sure their customers are satisfied. They showed me they mean business when it comes to customer satisfaction. They took time to walk me through my concerns in detail. Enough so, to where i downloaded the app again, to start using it. This company is not your fly by night company. They are in it to win it, and with customer service like theirs, it will allow them to dominate in their field!! GREAT JOB!!! I am not sure how this app has all 5 stars, especially since you only get 250MB in total. In order to be able to offer customers any kind of varity of content, definitely need more than that. They are really pushy about getting on board with their forced paid platform, because they are going to a paid platform. I don't expect much for free, but if you are offering a free service, don't choke it so much, that it makes it kind of useless.
The email UI and download page are some of the best I've seen in a digital downloads app. Clean, modern, and incredibly user-friendly. Highly recommended!
Really easy to configure and get everything set up. The app is straightforward and works exactly as expected. The support team was also quick and helpful whenever I had a question. Great experience overall!
One of the more user-friendly apps I’ve used. The interface feels comfortable, the options are well organized, and everything is easy to configure. Great support as well.
