I genuinely can't say enough good things about Findter! Their team has been incredibly accommodating and responsive. I've worked with a lot of Shopify apps, and I don't think I've ever experienced customer service this quick or willing to help. Even before I paid anything! They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything worked the way we wanted. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be adding keyword and synonym mapping to the search functionality. With that being said, their advanced features are already great and help a lot! Overall, I'm extremely happy with the app's functionality, the outstanding support, and the pricing, which is especially affordable compared to other options when you're working with a large SKU catalog. Highly recommend!

Jenna from Findter has been extremely accommodating, making custom modifications to my store at my request and consistently replying and getting back to me days later. She is really quite committed to this team and she's helped me a lot. The app works with my old 2.0 shopify theme which is great. They even helped fuse my infinite scroll feature with their app. great service, great value, custom help, fast replies. overall great
