A really good experience, there's nothing the team won't do to overcome obstacles, with a really quick response time too. The onboarding process though complicated was very much supported by the team through live video calls to show how to work with the system. Communications were never left longer than 24 hours and they always found a solution to any additional needs we had. We now have a stable B2B offering and our customers using the new portal are growing. This has streamlined our B2B business and taken a lot of work off our team as its automated the ordering, allowing our sales team to focus on bringing in new Clients. I Would Highly recommend the product and the team. The support after the onboarding is also very communicative and fast.

A little complicated at the installation side but the team are extremely attentive and helpful at every step!
