Honestly the best app out there if you want affordable good tracking using capi and pixel. very easy to set up. support is amazing Niel did an amazing job and spent nearly an hour helping me with everything. this is my second website I'm using this app with.

Omega Facebook Pixel support was super quick and helpful. I switched to a new pixel and he checked everything was firing right, including the conversions API, in just a few minutes. Easy app to use and great support. Recommend

Always excuses and always ''checking'' with dev team, 1 day works, 5 doesn't. This is not reliable when you want to scale campaigns!!! Very disappointing experience with Omega. I used the app expecting reliable Meta Pixel and Conversion API tracking, but the tracking was inconsistent and caused more confusion than it solved. Some events were not tracked properly, while others appeared incorrectly, making it difficult to trust the data in Events Manager and Ads Manager. For an app whose main purpose is accurate tracking, reliability should be the number one priority. I spent far too much time testing events and trying to understand whether the numbers were actually correct. Support was not enough to make up for the problems either. When you're spending money on Meta ads, inaccurate data can directly affect your decisions and campaign optimization. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I can't recommend Omega for businesses that depend heavily on accurate Meta tracking. When the app works, it works ok, perfect good roas, but the next day - 0 orders, Budget spent. and NO it's not about the creatives or all that Facebook system. It's about that it's not consistent with the tracking!!! ERRORS EVRRYWHERE! When i send the customer service, they always say ignore them. I have used one app before which unfortinetly is shut down, which costed me 40 euro a month, without any errors or whatsoever. Campaign was scaled to max. I DON'T RECCOMEND WASTING YOUR TIME and MONEY!!!
