While building my infrastructure which operated through a Shopify-centered, 14-channel sales strategy, I spent months rigorously evaluating nearly 20 cross-listing applications and marketplace integration solutions. And when I say evaluating, I mean putting these applications through what I affectionately call "torture testing." My requirements were demanding. I needed more than an application capable of copying listings from one marketplace to another. I needed a flexible, reliable, efficient solution that integrated directly with Shopify, synchronized inventory quantities, and supported the operational requirements of a humble multichannel business hopeful for growth. ExportYourStore consistently rose above the competition. Its flexibility, intuitive interface, integration capabilities, and overall functionality repeatedly brought me back to the same conclusion: this was the solution I wanted at the center of my marketplace distribution strategy. But what ultimately distinguished ExportYourStore wasn't just its software. It was the extraordinary people standing behind it. On Saturday, October 3rd, I contacted customer support regarding a technical issue involving the transfer of custom metadata fields I created in Shopify. I expected to hear back on Monday. Instead, Jarius from their support team responded within an hour—on a Saturday! After I provided additional technical details, he followed up again on Sunday, assuring me that the issue would be escalated to their Engineering and Technical teams. By Tuesday, October 6th, the issue had been resolved. Here's what makes that experience even more remarkable: the underlying problem wasn't necessarily ExportYourStore's responsibility. They could easily have pointed elsewhere. They didn't. They took ownership, followed through, and delivered. In my experience, that level of responsiveness, accountability, and integrity is exceptionally rare. And perhaps most importantly, they demonstrated that customer satisfaction isn't determined by the size of the customer's business. Whether you're operating a large e-commerce enterprise or building a smaller business like mine, you deserve to be treated as though your success matters. That's exactly how ExportYourStore treated me. My recommendation to anyone evaluating cross-listing or multichannel e-commerce software is simple: Put ExportYourStore at the very top of your evaluation list. It's far more than a conventional cross-listing application. It's a serious integration and synchronization solution backed by people who genuinely care about their customers. And after decades in engineering, I can tell you that a combination like that is worth its weight in gold.

I wish I could give zero stars. DO NOT SIGN UP for this app. Trying to cancel is impossible and they keep charging me even when I send them screenshots of my cancelation and of my charges in my account. This is criminal and they should not be allowed on Shopify.

Tried out this app but it was not able to perform the features our store required such as only syncing inventory from 1 store location to etsy among other things. I had to find workarounds myself for some of the features because it took forever to hear back from support. Them messing up our inventory was a no go though so we decided to part ways, HOWEVER, ExportYourStore still has not deleted our account and store info after multiple requests to do so. Getting responses from them is like pulling teeth and I'm still getting emails about how I need to use the app more. I wouldn't suggest signing up for this app because they obviously still have some bugs to work out and features to improve. Luckily we had not paid yet but I still want our account info deleted. I would not have even given a review since it just didn't meet our store needs and we decided to move on but I feel like people should be aware of the poor customer service.

The team walked me through the whole process. My first cross-listing was done in under 10 minutes. The dashboard is clear and I can see exactly what’s selling. Totally worth it!

Better than vendoo and customer service is fire

Dont waste your time customer service is terrible. Great concept but nothing syncs correctly and doesnt work properly. They constantly have to "open a support ticket" for every issue and it takes days to fix. Variants DON'T sync over so its a HUGE headache. + you constantly have to upgrade. Also test one product before going from one platform to the next it will delete listings .... no help from customer service. Like i said good concept just the functionality just isnt there unfortunately.

An absolute disaster of an app - avoid at all costs. The customer service (Melanie) is horrible. Syncing issues occur 24/7. Duplicate listings. Orders don't track. Inventory doesn't app. They also quite literally deleted thousands of listings of mine. Melanie has zero clue what is going on, and tells you things before checking with her own team. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. And I RARELY leave bad reviews. But this one warrants it.

I've tried this software a few times over the years, originally in 2023 following an Etsy suspension and was able to successfully import over 8000 products and open my Shopify store; plus get them on Ebay, Poshmark, Mercari. It was the only software I could find at the time that could handle my sized inventory and had the best bulk options. I ended up trying just about every type of software similar to this over the last few years looking for a budget option. I was recently using two different apps to sync from Etsy to Shopify, then another from Shopify to Ebay. They were effective, but still a lot of work to do everything repeatedly in bulik as I have over 10k products now all unique and often like to delete my entire inventory periodically and start from scratch. For an inventory my size Exportyourstore is not the budget option, but after two years I went ahead and came back and signed up for a year. It isn't an instant setup for an inventory my size, but once set up things do run efficiently.

Customer service is excellent. Responsive, knowledgeable, and actually helpful when issues come up. Setup was straightforward and the app has been reliable day to day.
