I've been reaching out for help via their whatsapp because I was having a hard time setting up the app. Their customer service is great, and they're very helpful. Nesrine even reset my order used, so I can continuously test the app to make sure it's exporting correctly.

App works well, has all i needed and the customer service on whatsapp is genuinely great, they respond fast and then they helped me with everything and went above and beyond. I will be a life time customer.

When I first downloaded it it do not work. I would not auto update the google sheet. So I uninstalled and redownloaded it a few hours later and after customer service contacted me on WhatsApp and made sure it worked properly. It suddenly works great now! Neither of us knew why it works now. Maybe it needed some time the finished connecting to the sheet. But works great for now. Customer service is VERY fast and helpful
