I Had an issue with my account and wrote to customer service. After that, I got distracted and was emailed about my issue. When I log back it, customer service was still live. Hem did an amazing job helping me with my issue. Actually his help exceeded my expectations. Great customer service. Will definitely use the app in my other stores. Thank you
I had an issue with exporting my products to Etsy. I kep having error because of the Weight and dimensions of the products. Shreya helps with the situation. She was so patient and even jump a call with me to walk me through how to fix. We tested together with 2 products and it works know. I truly appreciate the time and effort to solve my issues. great customer service. Will totally recommend the app. I have already install it in 2 of my stores. Thank you Shreya.

I just wanted my Etsy listings to match my Shopify listings and sync my Etsy orders with Shopify. Here's what happened: - Start the setup, realize before it's too late that it's about to upload duplicate products. Reach out to customer service for help. - They say I can just sync the products between platforms but first I have to spend several hours manually matching the SKUs and variant names for each individual product to ensure they were exact or the app wouldn't function. - I was told to report back after and customer service would sync the products on their end. The user is unable to do this on their own. - I did all this, reported back, they did the sync and...nothing happened. No one could tell me why the app wasn't working (but they did say that I could just delete every listing on Etsy and then use the upload function but then I would lose all my reviews) and they promised they would escalate my case. - I said fine and in the meantime I tried to get the orders synced but the Fetch Order function was broken and no one knew why that didn't work either. Save your time, money and energy and go with literally anything else y'all.
May work, may not work. I believe this app would work if you are setting up a new store and everything is fresh. but i have been with support for almost an hour and they keep telling me to have everything matching for the products to link. (which they do match, with screenshots provided to them) and they still think the products must not match. So unfortunately I have given up here.
This is the absolute best app ever! I recommend it to anyone and everyone! I have never used an integration app as amazing as this one! This is worth every penny! I really don't know how I got by without them. In addition to that I have had on a couple occasions needed customer service help from them and their amazing! I am just really pleased with their service and amazing smooth integration. Thank you most of all to Shreya who helped me figure out why my product wasn't going onto eBay. I am so pleased I found them!!

Horrible support. Just uninstalled today. The interface is clunky, and it has been a week and still no feed was setup. Customer support has stopped responding. Look elsewhere.

Jillian was such a help to me! The Etsy Integration & Sync App is a great tool to have, but can be daunting to some with little computer knowledge. Jillian found multiple was to work around my inabilities to understand certain things, which I appreciated. Wonderful Customer Service!
To date, this app has been the experience yet. No, it is not perfect but no third-party apps are. I've tried a lot of them. It is very refreshing to be able to actually make contact with support very quickly. I find that so many apps do not offer any type of phone support and chat is not available in a timely fashion. With Etsy Integration, support has been absolutely fantastic. Darpan is very knowledgable and eager to resolve issues when they happen. I most definitely recommend this app. The support is top-notch.
This is a good app, I have tried a few but they can be expensive and some are so fiddly and difficult to understand. This is the only one that i could work out within 5 mins or so and the price is just about affordable and good value for lots of listings. Had an issue this morning and Kabita P helped me quickly and took on my suggestion for an improvement. Overall a good app.
