ethos: Loyalty, Referrals, UGC

Early September we moved our loyalty program to ethos and the experience has been so wonderful. We were on Yotpo for three years and prior to that Smile and Loyalty Lion. Ethos is community building first and has modernized ways to approach loyalty programs for high end brands. We had concerns about making a move and impacting the customers experience ahead of holiday. Ethos has gone above and beyond to ensure a seamless transition and continuous support. We are excited to continue growing our loyalty program with ethos!

The team has been super helpful, attentive and knowledgeable in setting everything up and helping us through the process. It's a great product and it seems that more great things are coming!

Fantastic app for offering a loyalty program for our customers. Unlike most app-based solutions, I appreciated how easy it was to integrate Ethos with our existing store and make it "feel" custom and branded. Additionally, their team has been amazing at supporting us on custom requests and features to really tailor this program to our needs. We have been looking to create a loyalty program for our site and retail store for a while and have never found the right platform that can do everything we want while also being affordable. Ethos has been able to do everything we have been looking for, and they have even added features for us as well! The backend is very easy to use and customize on our Shopify site, which makes managing everything really easy. Vohara and Maddie are both great to work with and are always quick to respond and helpful whenever we have any questions. We are so happy we found Ethos!

We’ve been using Ethos for Fomin and it’s been such a great addition. It was really easy to set up and actually makes sense compared to other loyalty apps we tried. Vohara, the founder, has been super helpful and genuinely nice to deal with whenever we’ve had questions. The app itself is clean, intuitive, and does exactly what we need without feeling overcomplicated. Overall it just feels like a well-thought-out product with a founder who actually cares.

At first, I thought Ethos was too good to be true for the pricing and services it offers—but it’s all good! The onboarding process was what sold me. Seeing Vohara bring my vision to life was a game-changer. Yes, Ethos has all of the perks of other loyalty programs but what makes them stand out is being personable and hands-on. I didn’t expect such consistent support after the initial setup, but Maddie has been incredible. We meet regularly to discuss progress and updates, which keeps everything moving smoothly. Although it’s called a loyalty program, I feel proud of the community building it has inspired me to create. It’s exciting to see everything coming together in one place. Best loyalty platform we’ve used (and we’ve tried a few) We’ve tested multiple loyalty and referral apps over the years, and Ethos is the first one that actually feels like it was built for modern DTC brands. What stands out immediately is how complete the platform is. It’s not just points and referrals. You can run tiers, exclusive access, UGC, contests, and more all in one place. It replaced several tools for us, which simplified our stack and saved cost. Setup was straightforward, but the real differentiator is the team. Their onboarding and ongoing support is hands-on in a way you don’t typically get with Shopify apps. They’re proactive, responsive, and actually think with you on strategy, not just implementation. That alone makes a big difference. From a retention standpoint, it gives you way more flexibility to build something that actually matches your brand instead of a generic points program. The customization and ability to create a premium experience is a huge unlock. If I had to give one piece of feedback, it would be that like any robust platform, there’s a lot you can do. You need to be intentional about how you design your program so it doesn’t get overcomplicated. Overall, Ethos feels less like an app and more like a retention partner. If you’re serious about LTV and building a brand-driven loyalty experience, it’s a no-brainer.
