Essent Loyalty Program Rewards

Absolutely brilliant app and constantly improving. The team are on-hand quickly to answer any queries I have, Jemuel and Tauras have been particularly helpful and really looking forward to seeing what else is in store. It's easy to set up and customise, lots of different options for tiers, points earning and the capability to do points multipliers for limited time for promotions. I couldn't be more pleased, such a great app.

We're using Essent Loyalty Program Rewards for our points & rewards program on our Hong Kong store, and recently ran into an issue we couldn't solve on our own. Essent's support team responded quickly, understood the problem right away, and got it fixed for us. They were patient, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout. It's reassuring to know there's a responsive team behind the app as we continue building out our loyalty program. Highly recommended!

Very flexible app. Can be left simple or customized. Juan, Bryan, Tara, and Angelica have all been very helpful the several times I've had to reach out. Our store is unfortunately a bit more complex but they have been happy to help.

An app that does exactly what it says it does, just what I need. The support is extremely responsive and has always been very helpful with the things that I don't quite have the skills to do myself.

Fantastic experience with the Essential Loyalty app\! Beyond the app's features, their support team is truly top-notch. I had a few specific technical needs regarding design adjustments (CSS) and import troubleshooting, and Jemuel was incredibly helpful. He was patient, responsive, and solved the issues quickly. It’s rare to find such dedicated support for Shopify apps. Highly recommended\!
