Good pricing. Unfortunately their accounting business model does not work with our actual business model.

We use this app for fulfillment and shipping and get much better rates than Shopify plan shipping rates. The team is fast and great to work with. We highly recommend eShipper!

I've been working with Ahmad Al Abid for over 3 years and he's always responsive and attentive. He helped me reduce shipping cost and integrated my store to the eShipper app which streamlined my shipping process and made my life much easier. Best shipping rates we've seen so far! Tentative staff, especially our account manager, Zahera! She and her team are always available to communicate and address any issues, and they go above and beyond to help our business.

After many years of good service, suddenly, in September 2024 everything changed: - New buggy and unpolished app; - Suddenly, cannot purchase Canada Post label anymore... Arguing that we need to deposit all our daily package to 45mn from our place and not at Canada Post directly anymore. - Pricing of UPS also skyrocket in September 2024 without any reason. Sorry to see sunch a decline in what used to be a very good entreprise.

Review update: after submitting the previous review eShipper support contacted us with the approval of the claim that we had submitted 8 months ago. They did pay the full amount of the claim so I had updated the review.

So far we are loving eShipper! Fulfillment & shipping have been so quick and seamless. We absolutely love working with Sabira. 100% Recommend!

This app was highly recommended by Hiba Ali from eshippers. It saves me the hassle of shipping, it saves me time, money and is very handy! Cant go without it!

I would recommend e-shipper. The ease for us and our customers is wonderful. I'm still figuring out a few bugs but I am working with Maui Malonzo in tech support who is so responsive, well informed and always follows up - which is great. And Komal Puri my rep who calls me back at all hours! The information migrates quite well from Shopify to the e-shipper site but some fields are frustrating. It will auto-populate incorrect info so I'm hoping they get this fixed. But overall very happy.
