Helpful and fast support, works a charm
Simply the best app for custom feeds and metafield mapping. I tested over 15 apps before settling on Feedfix, and it was an easy choice. It’s intuitive, easy to use, and the ability to map custom fields exactly as we need them makes a real difference in optimizing product catalogues. Support is fantastic, too. The team helped us identify a couple of tweaks to further improve performance. Highly recommended! 5*
Thanks to this app, I was able to transfer my products directly to another sales platform quickly and smoothly. The whole process was much easier than I expected — product details, images and descriptions came through without any issues, and I didn't have to do anything extra or re-enter information manually. It saved me a lot of time and effort. I'd also like to thank Engin for all his support. He was very helpful, responsive and patient throughout the process, and answered all my questions promptly. It's great to see such attentive customer support.
great !!!
No stars. They lied to me and said they could only accept X-large file transfers through another paid website. Beware: there are free sites that do the same thing they charge for.
Best app with the best support. Its really help for us this app
We use it in a few more of our shops, and it really works. It connects our other shops to each other and provides powerful and very fast processing. I would say it is perhaps the best among the Shopify import or export applications. In addition, the customer service team provides support with both very fast and practical solutions.
Very fast support and a very great product feed app that does not bloat your store.
Great
Great App, used it for Idealo. Support helped me very quickly with fixing a minor problem.
Great support and out of all the XML feed apps this one is very simple and fast!
The user interface of the application is very easy to use, and they provide an excellent level of service. They were quick to assist me. Despite having over 30,000 products in my store, I was able to create a feed without any limitations. Thank you very much; I highly recommend it to everyone.
After trying multiple apps Entafix did the trick. It loaded very fast and output is customizable, or you can use the formatting provided.
Works like a charm! Simple setup, but a lot of potential. Had a few spesific request and the support fixed it almost immediately. Tried a few XML-feed apps, but this one offered the most flexible solutions.
Tried multiple Feed-apps, but Entafix works perfect with our store. Customer service quickly came to the rescue when I encountered an issue, and it got resolved the same day!
