ECF: Contact Form Builder

Looks very clean. But works not enough for me. Placeholders cannot save any text. Type areas also cannot save any changes. Required check box as the same. I'm so disappointed in this APP. Hope it will be change better in the future.

We used this app. But then we realized it redirects users to malware / virus sites. it was hard to notice as it only happens once per device. DO NOT USE THIS APP

I have been looking for an app that will allow me to add data validation. And this app is perfect! it has all the flexibility I need. Their customer service is top! Never made me wait for an hour to get a response.

First, it looked too simple. But once its running, I realized that it was how I wanted it to be. Simple and easy to manage yet complete with the functions needed. It has the flexibility to customize the forms and results. Also, their customer service responses are fast and very friendly.

These forms work great! Highly customizable, clean, and responsive. When I needed help setting up the forms, their support team replied lightning-fast via online chat and helped solve a massive task within minutes ( That was honestly amazing!) I would like to give kudos to Chirag Patel for being friendly, patient, and super-helpful. We have tried many other forms with more reviews and users but none of them had the same functionality or the same level of customer support. Absolutely amazing! Thank you, team!

The chat support feature great. When I had an issue and question about the form - I was able to quickly speak to someone from their team. It is a very easy app to use! I am able to create a form and make edits quickly. Harmish and Chirag were very helpful.

This app is really doing the job! Easy to use with a lot of functions. Chirag at the support team is great and have help me style the forms with custom CSS / layout customizations. This is app is user-friendly and easy to customise. Support team Chirag Patel is patience and very friendly to guide us how to customise the form. One suggestion is that if your team can provide a customization onthank you email subject with count down function would be even more nice. Highly recommend this app!

I use this app since two months. It is really great app. For builder with drag and drop feature. Create a form using form builder and paste the HTML code on a page that's it. After form submit there is an option to send an email to the user who submits the form is really good. In addition, there is a Klaviyo integration with form so directly adds the data on the Klaviyo list. Highly recommended due to its best service and functionality.

Since I am a very satisfied user of the app, I used the same app for my 2nd shop. But now with more updates from developer, these made the app more powerful and flexible. Customer service was so helpful because I had some customization requests to tailor fit the requirements and results.

Excellent support and quick responses from Chirag! He knows exactly what you need and was very helpful in getting our contact form up and running. The best features of this app are the ability to enable reCAPTCHA and multiple email recipients based on selections. Overall, highly recommended!

This app is great for embedding multiple custom forms! It doesn't have any glitchy issues and works great. The customer service is also very helpful. I had a specific request and they were able to work with the app to accommodate what I needed. Overall, would recommend!

Day 1 of using app, I have to say, very pleased and impressed. I needed a contact form that allows customer messages to be routed between 5 different emails depending on the subject. This offers that at the base level, and the base paid subscription is extremely reasonably priced. The Devs even did custom coding for me free of charge to get the contact form to match the width of the rest of my pages, which is amazing, and I was in contact with an agent almost immediately at 8pm Christmas night. WOW!

Amazing app - The interface is among the most user-friendly I've encountered. There are some extremely useful customization options for forms, and integration is flawless. The support knowledgeable and very responsive, and from our experience appears to be available 24/7, which is a really appreciated. I recommend this app for anyone who wants a detailed form for their customers. I was having trouble and someone instantly responded me and helped me. They were very kind and patient!

Very happy with the quick customer service, I worked with Chirag Patel and he helped me get the formatting correct. The form customization is very good, with logic flows too. I only had trouble because the form stretched across the full width and I wanted it to match the rest of my website that wasn't full width. Chirag was quick and efficient to resolve this!
