I wanted to show more trust on our Shopify website, this app does just that with showing our Google reviews. I am hoping this entices more customers to write Google reviews. The widget is easy to setup and style looks great. Customer support was extremely helpful with the installation and all my questions.
This app is easy to install and works perfectly displaying my google reviews on my site. (It does take up to 36hrs to display new reviews)! The customer service was also prompt- thanks to Alexandra! It’s a 5 star from me!
Application superbe !
Good app, does what it needs to do. Support is helpful and when I reached out to them they did what I asked promptly!
Google Reviews gone in the middle of our big campaign! When they finally fix the problem, we need to customise the whole widget again!
Very useful app and easy to install. Looks amazing on my website and the customer service is courteous and professional. I needed the reviews to appear from right to left and in a short time I received a professional response and they fixed my problem. Highly recommend!
This Google Reviews App was the only one which met my requirements, and I really have to say I'm very happy with it. I wanted to add a close button to the widget and needed help with that from the support. I really have to say, I've never experienced such good support, they helped me add the button and even fixed a problem for me, where the button would not show. I really recommend this app and I will also use other elfsight apps in the future.
Been using this on my site for over 2 weeks, Displays your google reviews on your site. Does what it says.
This app is simply phenomenal. Exquisite. Magnificent. One of those apps that you wish someone had told you about the day you started your company. It's so easy to use. You can easily embed it anywhere with one line of code. So many display options (carousel option is elite) and customizable behavior on mobile and desktop. It has many other customizable features and the app is very affordable. I have never had an issue with this app and I have never needed any assistance. It's awesome. Go ahead and get it!
Amazing app and even better customer service. Very, very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend it!
DANKE an Elfsight!
"I recently added the Google Reviews app to my Shopify store, and I have to say, it was a great decision. The process was straightforward, and the app seamlessly integrated with my store's design. I love that I can now display my business's positive reviews on my homepage and product pages, which helps to build trust with my customers. The customization options allowed me to tailor the widget to my brand's look and feel, and the app has been running smoothly ever since I installed it. Overall, I highly recommend the Google Reviews app for any Shopify store owner looking to showcase their positive reviews and increase their credibility."
Easy to use! Had it running within 15 minutes. Actually showing both of my store's google reviews on one Shopify page because it's relevant for our clients.
This app has zero customer support. I've emailed them maybe 5-6 times and have received no reply (I checked my junk folder). Idk how they have 4.9 stars but my experience is 1 star considering I paid $60, it won't work, and there is no support. Edit: They have figured out their email issue, contacted me, and got the app set up and running with proper sizing on mobile and desktop. Thank you, review modified from 1 to 4 stars.
Great app, probably the slickest looking floating badge for reviews on the Shopify app store, customer support very promptly helped me fix an issue with my badge and reduced the size on mobile so it's perfect now and doesn't create clutter. Social proof via google reviews is very important for our store because knowing we also have a physical store with good reviews helps create trust.
Support was very good, solved my issue right away. Nataly was very pleasant to interact with, she even took the time to provide step by step screenshots!
We asked for Google review display to be displayed on our homepage and Pavel addressed the matter really quick! Communication was clear and concise.
Since implementing the app we've improved our conversion rate. The support has also been great!
Very helpful with problems, they solve them immediately to perfection.
