Our customers trust us to deliver the right product, and Editly helps make sure that happens. Instead of waiting to email us and hope we catch it in time, they can fix their order themselves right after checkout. Simple, fast, and it genuinely reduces frustration on both sides. Team available anytime when needed!

The app is very easy to set up and customise to suit your needs. There are plenty of options available, allowing you to choose what customers can and can’t edit, as well as how things like small additional charges and refunds are handled. We haven’t had any customers use it yet, so we can’t comment on how much time it will save in practice. However, if customers do start making use of it, it should save us a good amount of time, particularly when it comes to managing address changes.

Good app. This is a real problem when we need to update the customer address when they have selected incorrect address and then we get RTO. Cost saving and time saving App. Good and prompt support provided by Paresh from the team to help us understand all the features and helping us with easy as well as appropriate setup best suiting our website needs.

We were looking for a self-service order cancellation solution for a client store with some very specific requirements, including: * Order cancellation from both the Order Status page and Customer Account Order History page. * A configurable cutoff time that allows merchants to define order cancellation availability based on their business requirements. * Automatic refund support. The Editly team was extremely responsive throughout the process. Great for what you get free of charge. This can help reduce customer support. Features are vast and all can be administered easily. Only points are in the cutoff times it would be great if you could also adjust the weekday itself because many sellers do not need to have cutoff times siwtched on on weekends as orders are being collected until Monday mornings e.g. And if you use a customer account app such as Customer Hub or similar it would be great to havea possibility for integrations as well.

The support in this app has been absolutely excellent - I have been trialling this for my store so that my customers can edit their orders themselves, and they have been so so helpful, even developing features that will help specifically for what I need for my store. Excellent app and outstanding support! This is a live example with my active customer - The customer selected the wrong shipping option and contacted us immediately after placing the order. With this app, we were able to update the shipping option without canceling the order. This feature alone has saved us a lot of time and unnecessary back-and-forth.
