I am leaving this review because I genuinely want other sellers to be aware of my experience before committing to CedCommerce apps. I am currently using their Etsy and TikTok integrations and have also looked into their eBay/Shopify integration. Unfortunately, my overall experience has been extremely frustrating. The biggest concerns are billing transparency, integration issues, and customer support. I believe I have been overcharged for the Etsy and TikTok apps. When I tried to understand exactly what I was being charged for, I could not find the billing information clearly in my Shopify account. I contacted CedCommerce and requested copies of my invoices so I could properly verify the charges. It has now been 5 days since I requested the invoices, and I still haven't received them. I don't think a customer should have to chase a company for basic invoices related to charges on their account. The TikTok integration has also not been working the way I expected an integration should work. There have been issues with synchronization and the overall integration experience, creating additional work and frustration instead of making multichannel selling easier. I understand that technical issues can happen with any software. The bigger problem is how those issues are handled. In my experience, the combination of integration problems, billing concerns, and delays in providing basic documentation has been extremely disappointing. I am sharing this review not to attack anyone personally, but to give other sellers an honest account of my experience. If you are considering CedCommerce apps for Etsy, TikTok, eBay, or other marketplaces, I strongly recommend confirming exactly what plan you are being charged for, what features are included, and how billing and invoices are handled before committing. I am still waiting for the invoices I requested 5 days ago. Until the billing concerns and integration issues are properly addressed, I cannot recommend CedCommerce based on my experience. I hope CedCommerce takes this feedback seriously and improves its billing transparency, integrations, and customer support. Sellers should not have to spend days chasing invoices while also dealing with integration problems. Sharing this review so other sellers can make a more informed decision and hopefully avoid facing the same issues.

The app helped me to transfer our products to better curate my online platforms, the chat option was really helpful for helping me solve my problems.

I'm going to be honest and say I do find this app quite difficult to use compared to direct via eBay, but that's most likely because of the number of varying products I have. What I can say without hesitation is that the customer support is very supportive indeed. It is amazing that they always fix the problem, and are always happy to send screenshots and explain. Overall, I am very happy, and cannot wait to get a hang of all the terminology.

The app is really great - It allows to integrate very seamlessly and give an overall snapshot of it. The best part is the support that plays an important element. Also, the team goes ahead and they take you step by step in setting up in the E-Bay platform and that is also a great help if you are not so proficient in the platform

Very good app so far. Easy uploading and great support. If the other integrations they offer are as easy as this one, I'll integrate more. We have tried similar apps in the passed, but none as easy as this one.

I have no idea whether or not this app works because the documentation is terrible and the non-english speaking customer service can't understand a word I say. After 3 days of repeating myself and being told a two-way inventory sync would take "10-15 days" per product I gave up. I wish I could get my time back. Total waste.

We used this app to list products on eBay and it was perfect and easy to use. The Product Management of the app is perfect at the affordable price, we will definitely be using it for a long time.
