Easy Warranty and Claims is a warranty registration and claims management app that turns new orders into warranty records automatically. Customers confirm their product registration from an email link, with an optional serial number and proof of purchase, and can file a warranty claim with photos. You set warranty length per product, track registrations and claims on one dashboard, and update claim status in your Shopify admin. Customers are emailed with each status update.
