Support Service at its finest! We had some questions and wishes regarding the customization of the app. After only 1 day, all the questions were answered, including screenshots and videos where changes should be made. In addition they also delivered us a custom code for the app to make it function in the way we wished for. Hands down - never expected this kind of support by an app-team but we are more than happy they made it happen!

Works perfectly, and amazingly fast customer service!

To: Chitra Customer Success Team SpiceGems Thanks to the professional assistance of Team SpiceGems, the developers were speedy in synching the swatch colors and thumbnail images. Highly recommend this app and team. To you success. Another app/team kind of gave us the round around for a week and nothing was accomplished. Our e-C store's functionality is working brilliantly thanks to Team SpiceGems. Thank you!

We have a jewelry store and many of our products have a number of variants. To make them more visible and selectable also in a collection this app is great. Since not everything worked out of the box I experienced great and highly responsive support. In a few iterations it worked and looked exactly the way we wanted. Thanks for the great support.

SpiceGems is a solid company with great integrity and world-class customer support. They worked tirelessly with our company to provide technical support and App support to make their Apps work for our specific application. In a very crowded space overfilled with product add-on and swatch Apps, I highly recommend selecting this company and their Apps. Our company used other solutions and they just fell short. Nothing but high praise for SpiceGems!!

Great customer service

Great app, does exactly what it says it does, and the service from the support team is 100%. Thanks for a great app :)

Simply amazing support that other apps should aspire to. If it were possible to give 6 stars I would! We have been using for 12 months+. We have had some tweaks that were really pushing the limits. Even so, these were done almost immediately. The support team seem to be available all the time and give constant feedback on progress. Many thanks and well done SpiceGem
